These scenes, especially the ones with Kong and Skar King and the other apes, just show that we can have Monsterverse films that are just the monsters and the story told through their facial expressions and actions. No dialogues or subtitles needed just like Primal. And definitely no human stories needed.
Their facial expressions and actions already show so much emotion, character and tell the story even if we don’t understand what they’re saying

If you look at them, they're all red and there are no red primates except for Skar King
According to the novel, he keeps all the females locked away for his personal harem. The fact that we only see Suko POSSIBLY means he lets his daughters stay with their mothers but makes his son's slaves
