The girls join the Big Breakfast team for an early morning cheeky chat with presenter Johnny Vaughan as part of their promotion for thier hit single Pure Shores.
Fascinating watching this in retrospect. A band releasing what would become one of their biggest hits but lots of talk denying splitting up rumours but less than a year later they did.
This would be from Friday 4th February 2000 and the single was released on the 7th February 2000. Do you happen to have the rest of the show? I’m looking for the end bit with the little singalong.
Shaznay once said that they couldn't find her a role in the movie "Honest" so she wasn't invited at the audition. It's horrible. She supported the other girls when they accepted to be part of the movie. Personally I wouldn't have done it without Shaz. I remember that they also kept promoting it as the All Saints movie but it's not All Saints without her. It was such a direspect. However she then later took on a role in "Bend It Like Beckham" which had a way bigger impact and still is a timeless iconic movie. "Honest" was deservedly such a flop instead.

The Blatt Appleton movie Honest, flopped at the box office whereas Shaznay Lewis was in the hit movie Bend It Like Beckham.
I love them but that movie had no hope, it was horrible 😂.
