Trust me bro, when you beggin music finding a flow is incredibly difficult. I feel ya. When writing the lyrics, Keep the beat On repeat so You can kinda fit a line and test it with the beat. I also suggest that if you are going for a slower/ more swifty flow you make sure the 4 lines your gonna rhyme have the same amount of words.
