THE WOLF OF SUNNYSIDE (SHORT FILM)

Against the backdrop of a multicultural crime world, an idyllic blacklisted Nollywood actor turned drug dealer and a self destructive alcoholic South African police detective both find themselves embroiled in a deadly power struggle in SUNNYSIDE, Pretoria.
This short film was shot in 2020 just immediately after the covid 19 break. I wanted to depict the bigger picture in a smaller frame showcasing the diversity and multicultural elements in what is to become one of Africa's most reverenced crime drama. watch out!
