[PoE 3.21] Frozen Legion Sabotuer (0.198s Cooldown)

[PoB] pobb.in/7lUY6Rt_VazU (PoB updated to support crucible tree so I drop config)
PoB says 7.9M to pinnacle bosses. Considering the Focus uptime, it is about 6~7M dps.
Still not tanky. Uber boss not yet. Juiced map not yet.
(New cold mastery works really hard.)
(Afaik, Pinnacle boses can be frozen but there is a least action speed)
0:00 - T14 Drox
0:52 - T14 Al-Hezmin
1:27 - T15 Baran
2:01 - T14 Veritania
2:31 - Normal Sirus
3:55 - T16 Beach (magic)
5:09 - Normal Maven (First Maven when I was at 2~3M dps)

I just would like to clarify that the Ubers CAN in fact be frozen and there is a minimum action speed, so they never appear frozen. They have a hidden modifier that works the same as Unstoppable from Juggernaut Ascendancy that makes it so "Action Speed cannot be modified to below base value / Movement Speed cannot be modified to below base value."

Scion Sabo ascendancy gives 15% CDR instead of 30%. So, you will need 15% additional CDR somewhere to hit 0.198s cooldown.
- Use elevated CDR boots (16-20%)
- Abyss jewels (2-3% each)
- Drop Ryslatha's Coil, and use an influenced belt (16-20%, I don't recommend)

@@Subli8217 I haven't thought about the tree, but you can refer to my sabo pob and adjust little. I might choose Sabo/Inquis ascendancy for CDR, regen, damage, elem pen.
