I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this video. I love Buddie. But some of the lines in the song are a pile questionable to me. Telling someone that nobody will ever love them like you do … that you’re all they’ve got … those can be dangerous things to say to someone. Especially telling them “I’m all you’ve got.” That sounds like you’re telling them that they also have no friends or family to care about them. It sounds like something a borderline abusive narcissist would say.
