It is not fun. I’m so sorry! Look into diet maybe reduce coffee get rid of sugar and look into some natural progesterone creams. Maybe try some meditating unless you already doing that.
Thank you! I ate alot of sugar yesterday. So today I went to the store and bought stuff for plant based meals! 🙃 I'm finally feeling better. That feeling lasted a couple hours and now I'm cleaning and taking breaks. And my daughter is helping so that's wonderful!
I had a hysterectomy at 40. No hormones. You can do it. Im 60 now. I'm still trying to get through this. You can do it..

Loved the video! You’re right about California housing prices being ridiculous. I own a small house old house in Northern California but what it is “worth” is nuts. I was born and raised in California and love it here. Where I live I can grow vegetables all year.

Timothy Ward is awesome. I love that he is always positive. I like to listen to him when I’m doing stuff or sometimes when I’m having trouble falling asleep or getting sleepy I’ll put him on to get me sleepy to go to bed. I’ll find myself nodding off on the sofa and then I can go off to sleep in bed. Not an insult to him he’s just very relaxing and calming and is always positive. One of my favorites .
People sleep to my videos as well and I love that I can sooth and lull them into a nap.
I have those same silicone ice trays.I use them in the summer to freeze coffee that's left over, I put the coffee cubes in my iced coffee so it doesn't water my coffee down.

I’ve been vegetarian for 22 years. Last year, my oldest son made sausage and asked if i wanted to try some. I did and it was so good! But, i really don’t like the texture and haven’t had any, since. After the sausage feed, i have had some bacon, the only animal meat i’ve missed. It’s out of my system but i don’t beat myself up about it. Those capsules with vitamins are usually animal based and i eat a handful every day. We can only do what we can do. Who can afford to always eat perfectly?

I painted my kitchen cabinet doors a year ago with rustoleum kitchen cupboard paint. No chipping or peeling and I can wash them.

Oh Kate. Love this. So soothing. I just got sick AGAIN (I have an autoimmune disorder that keeps on giving me problems) and I have been so sick off and on for the last year and I am so freaking frustrated by it! Your videos keep me company and help me think about better days

Guess who cleaned with you today? My 4 year old granddaughter and I did lol. I think it’s just something soothing about your voice that she loves. If we have the tv on during the day it’s on Happy Classical videos which get us moving and make us creative. I probably wouldn’t watch a live on Saturday but I’m sure they would be fun. I’m going to request Hag Seed.

I don’t blame you for not doing live streams right now. That’s a lot of pressure. He has gotten some that were five hours long. Those are the ones I put on when I’m sick and have to sleep on the couch and I can sleep most of the night on one video! I do actually listen to him too. I doubt I could make it your lives I would probably have to watch it as a recording like I do Timothy‘s. But you know we all support whatever you want to do!😁

I stopped watching the news I closed my tweeter account and I feel relaxed and there is no unnecessary worry and stress. i get jack fruit in a can and wash off the brine and shred it and add bbq sauce. heat it up in a pan and put on hamburger buns. its so good. it looks like shredded chicken. yum!

Hi there 👋🏻 A live would be fun, I’m in the UK so a fair few hours ahead of you over there. I like the interaction with a live but it’s not essential.
Just read an amazing book (late to it so you have probably read it already), “The Kite Runner” I’m seeing it at the theatre soon so wanted to be aware of the story. Phew it was difficult at times. But shed a tear or two.

Hi Kate. I know what you mean about California. Everyone I know has moved elsewhere or wants to move. My thoughts are you get what you pay for. It's expensive because of the weather, the ocean, and the mountains. I will say, I do miss the California of the 70's and 80's. Maybe we will be there again someday.
I hear you. It's a mess over here right now and things were cleaner and more peaceful then. We may with everyone leaving.
You have inspired me to study. I bought an activity vocabulary book and math book. It is for 6th graders so my child can use them too. But I feel like I don't write with my hands enough. I also think studying words can help my dialog.

I get that you are born and raised in CA and though expensive will never leave. I was born in IL but have vacationed in SC since 1981 and moved here 9 years ago. Yes it too has pricey housing, tourists and traffic are annoying in the summer ( I used to be one too!), but I am also able to enjoy the beautiful beaches and outdoors probably 300 days/ year. No more Chicago winters for me!!!😎🏝

BEFORE you go live, please state to your audience which subjects you will NOT speak on.or share with the audience..... your kids etc. unless it's how they're doing in school; you do NOT need to disclose all of your family business to us. and someone will ask that question - just bypass it. you'll get the hang of your audience. Just be yourself. Please stop saying your husband is "cashier" - he's a wonderful husband, father and he takes care of his familly.
My saying he is a cashier has nothing to do with who he is. That is his job, he is a cashier. I am a homemaker and writer. They are just titles and don't describe the person personally.

Have you heard of The Farmer’s Dog food? I use their homemade recipes for my dogs-you can buy the DIY nutrient packs to go with the recipes on their website. Has really slimmed my dogs down. It’s great because then you don’t have to worry that they are missing nutrients/having deficiencies in their diet that can shorten their lives.
I was told that that is the best food and I checked it out, but it is way too pricey for me. So I would like to find the recipes.
I have a Masters in Film and I HATE editing! Screenwriting was my focus though, which I really loved.

The annoying part of Live Streams:
as people join the Live Stream they say "hello" then the person says "hello" back to that person and it just winds up being a continuous saying "hello" to people for the entirety of the Live Stream. I won't watch them anymore. It's just annoying...
