Look at NVDA fib extension from Nov 2021 to October 2022, we are at the 2.618 of that move at around 927. Will NVDA push higher?

@defi5 Holding is just as "impossible." Shorts been steamrolled. Longs will take their turn soon enough. Buy and hold is a terrible idea during a stagflation bubble. Ask Japan. People are going to be underwater for decades to come -- especially when you adjust for inflation.

Great question, I honestly don't know, in general, markets fall 3-5x faster than they rise. I think what you may get, if we hit my upside target of 73k, is some type of topping process, and a swift decline to a level, where there is volatility, and a sharp decline again.

Everyone needs to be very very careful of gold here, because it has a very long history of running hard after breaking new AT'H's.
The December breakout and whack down was a manipulated breakout orchestrated during thin Asian trading thus it doesn't count as a genuine breakout.
Of the last 41 breaks to new ATH's, 22 of them saw gold gain >100%
powell has been hawkish for the last month and the market didnt care anyway... not sure why he's dovish all the sudden...
Fed released the Beige Book same day he testified, it's economic summaries of all the different Fed regions - shows slowing economy and unemployment up in 40 of 50 states...he is being dovish to keep everything afloat before shit hits the fan.
February was the most layoffs in the month since Feb 2009. Wave is coming

I have no technical reason to say this but this market won’t turn around and/or crash until they can find a way to pin it on Trump. Whether he officially has the nomination or whatever this will be the catalyst. Nothing else matters now more than having a donkey to pin the crash tail on IMHO

BTC will top out around 90 or 100K but before we go there I think we will have the retrace as you have said around 70ish with a healthy correction maybe 40% or so depending on the indices of course before we actually get into the phase three of the bowl run
Yes sir we are in agreement there, I think top is just above us 73-80k, pull down, base breakout and that might be the long awaited six figure BTC on that final top.

Thing with cryptos is that its more emotional than stock IMO. TA does not seem to always work as good since if any crazy news comes out like Elon farted cryptos can explode for no real reason.
It's a small asset class with 2-3x beta of NDX, so moves are dramatic.
What Brendan said and also the percentage of 'dumb money' in crypto is unparalleled so you don't see the clean fib retracements as often, especially in shiitecoins as the bros just 'buy the dip' without any concept of where they're actually getting a good entry

My BTC TA is the same as previous videos
I have 73-80k for a top. I think 73k is likely. Then I expect a retracement with the equity markets.
On the retracement I have BTC falling to $49k for a shallow retracement, or 43,683 for a deeper retracement.
If my TA plays out, when equity markets breakout after their retracement I expect BTC to follow. So if we hold 49 to 43k then move back up, we will have new upside targets

OK there diamond-hands lol. We're traders here, we will make money in either direction and price-corrections are very healthy and necessary especially when you have markets built on zero substance (BTC is awesome, but still virtually unused and simply speculative, dog-meme coins worth $25B apiece, the indices overvalued beyond belief with 100+ PE ratios). But if the market continues to go straight up I am sure Brendan will continue to trade it that way and make way more than your average hodler who holds his bags into every 90% drawdown and is ever only rich temporarily in his crypto-tracker app
Yeah my man, the money in my opinion in volatile markets like this cycle is tops and bottoms, trading them to best of ability. Retail gets really excited on rallies bc most don't trade anything, as you said, they buy and hold and end up stuck, get back in profit, but in the end are stuck again because they don't understand the cycle and what's coming in the economy

Hey Crypto, yeah that was what I was saying in the video DOW led speed wise to it's 1,272 from previous ATH in Jan 2022 to it's market low and stalled out and fell, SPX just hit the 1,272 and NDX was about 120 points below, I think it's strong topping area potential here for the retracement. We have Non Farm Payrolls tomorrow and CPI Tuesday, so let's see what that does to markets. From Fibonacci perspective, good place to top

@cryptosa9866 I don't trade based on gaps, I will use them for confluence when a Fib lines up with one - yes I discussed DJI not making a new high. It hit a strong restiance Fib which NDX is still below its 1,272 from Nov 2021 to market low by 150 points, and SPX is there now. With potential hot inflation report Tuesday will be interesting to see market reaction.
