Even if they made them for you to unlock, not a whole lot of people would grind for it. I mean think of the mastery camos, if the interstellar looked like shit you think people would grind for them? Maybe faze jev but anyone else who has a normal life wouldn’t.Maybe they could add skins to just normal progression but that a whole different conversation

Kortac Group 5,6,7 are placeholders for DMZ disguise, Militant reward for 1250 lvl in MW2. Don't know about Heavyweight, looks like it was never released/available to unlock.

If you really want Kortac V then grind out level 1250 in MWII and you’ll get the militant skin and for Heavyweight there is no way to obtain or use him at all unless you have unlock tools
@ryanrar0839 Too bad they moved all the WZ modes to MWIII. Which is the way I unlocked Militant for playing Vondel Quads and spamming those decoys. And grinding in Multiplayer is gonna be a nightmare for those who don't have it.

So I can’t understand what ultimately prevented them from releasing the heavyweight skin, I understand kortac 5,6,7, but the heavyweight one can clearly see that it’s completely made (the skin has a name, description and icon) it was transferred to mw3 even more guys, I saw that it even in warzone mobile.

Guys, the white Kortac skin is still unlockable in DMZ. It is the final reward for one of the factions. It’s called Snowplow.
