FMS OLYMPUS F3A - About and Maiden Flight..

Finaly in the house. I allways wanted an F3A plane but never got the chance.
But thanks to FMS and Elefun i got not only one but two of these. The Olympus and the Explorer. Cant wait to do more flights with this one when we get back from vacation.
An afforable F3A model is what we all wanted. And FMS listen and got us two models to choose between.
This is not a beginner plane. It is a bit twitchy in crosswind but other than that i belive this is a plane a can practice pattern and aerobatics with.

I swapped the motor for a Badass Motor and ESC. Flew F3A in England in the mid 80's. Learned under the supervision of Terry Westrop a well know F3A Pilot and designer of the "loaded Dice" design! I enjoy flying this plane with great memories of the past and my youth.!
