Ahhh memories. I freaking adore this show, even when I was a young teen in the 90s. They had a similar thing on Knight Rider. Michael just turbo boosted KITT out of harms way. 😂 Meanwhile Cole used the Defenders Drone to get free. 😉 😜
Knight rider Michael Knight was pushing the button for the turbo boost to take off the kitt black t top. Now when the Viper tv series season 2 Cole used the 4 wheel mode to escape from the junkyard on the ramp to take off the Viper silver defender. Hope the Viper tv series in the dvd needs to be in the english subtitles in the dvd.
Question: Are the villains no longer afraid of the Defender? I remember in Season 1 that lots of people were freaked out by the Defender appearing. But in this clip, they just treat the Defender like it's a cop car. They aren't afraid like before.
Love that rasp they gave the exhaust note. It was iconic to me at the time. Now, old enough to hear Vipers in real life, I go, damnit, how come it doesn't have the same rasp! Stupid TV!
Two Issues: 1. I wouldn't trust modern writers to not ruin it. 2. Unfortunately Dodge doesn't make the Viper car anymore. They discontinued production years ago. So it's best to just let this show stay sleeping in history. I wouldn't want to see it resurrected and done badly.

They really should bring this show back but not just as a cash grab.
