@dobberdoss actually there isn't a single gymnastic trick in this sampler :P except maybe the cartwheels if you wanna count that haha :P i can see however that it is easier for you to relate to gymnastics since some of the moves are similar, but this is a completely different sport, if you aren't a tricker yourself already i'd say you should try it, it's awesome ^^
Is tricking something you have to start when you are young? I'm 16 and I want to get into it but I'm wondering if I'm too old to get in the flexibility parts etc. that I may not have trained as a kid...
