im trying to figure out the size i am normaly 32/32 aka medium regular so you advice to get a 34/32 aka large regular ?

32/32 is only a Medium Regula with Helikon-Tex. Usually 32/32 is Small Regular with every other company

Its almost a year since you published this video so im wondering, how are they holding up? Really considering about getting a pair of these

For my outdoor use they are holding up good enough. Depends on what are you planning to do? I am not crawling through trenches or competing at matches etc.
