    Idk about your machine but I had to wrap the thread underneath the bobbin and hold it. I tried it the way you said and it wasn't spinning, it was counterproductive instead....

    I have a very similar industrial juki i just got it and one problem im having is the stitch looks fine on the top yet on the bottom it looks crazy and loopy, what is the problem? it is the same thread on the bobbin and on the spool

      You spool pin that the empty bobbin sits on needs its prongs spread apart to make the bobbin sit snugly, then it will wind.

    I do exactly the same yet none stop I have issues with my bobbin... so now insert tooth picks inside the slot so I can wind, one single bobbin takes me at least 15 min and tears... so help me pls what is wrong with it. It’s brand new sewing

    Hi there. Just wondering if you know how to fix if the thread in the bobbin keeps loading loose? The thread is so loose and I've tried tightening the tension as well. Just when I think it's right I'll start to sew and it gets all caught and tangled once in the bobbin case. Please help
