I think he’s one of the few people in these interviews that actually mentions food/nutrition with regards to skincare which really trumps the products. I still love my skincare, but I can definitely see the difference in my skin when I’ve improved my diet & lifestyle whilst using the same skincare products compared to when I didn’t make those changes before.
I was so moved with this video. I am a single mother with a boy, and he finds my perfumes so hugging. Every time when he feels a bit challenged, he opens my drawers and smells them. He developed a thing for roses too. I think it has a comforting effect on him. Even if I wear zero makeup, I love your videos and stances, Salli! You are great :-) and this man is the kind of best friend you dream you had

Lovely interview excellent tips. I have dry skin but oily eye lids so use eye primer but they all make my eyelids look so wrinkled. Used Too faced, Marc Jacobs, urban decay, etc. So recently primed using the By Terry hylouronic loose powder and looks so much better but not long lasting.
Patricia H. Have you tried the Nars eyeshadow primer? Just the original, non-coloured one. Its more longlasting and lighter in texture than UD, Too Faced etc.
Hubert yes, tried that and Trish McEvoy one too which both I liked until I saw after some time how it made eyeshadow look so would rather do without. Thanks for reply.
I find it so funny that it seems Sali thinks Americans are obsessed with health and as a result are joyless in their approach to eating and drinking. It’s true that in entertainment circles people are much more vain and concerned with beauty and youth. The regular folks in the smaller cities aren’t so concerned and tend to drink and eat more. Although that’s slowly changing with the internet. As an American, I do wonder what the British approach to health and fitness (and aging) is and how they handle feeling crappy after drinking-especially as one ages. I used to feel okay after drinking when I was younger but now I feel horrible after drinking too much.
