  • This was my first attempt at a "pancake" style sheath. I made some mistakes in the process, but the end result worked like it was supposed to. Looking back I think my biggest problem is being impatient.

Man, this video came up into my feed. I really miss your video's. You're a great craftsman and I can relate to your shop size. I hope you find time to make more video's. You inspire me to try new things on my CNC.

Honestly. Give that thing a good soak with coconut oil and maybe keep the side to you more flat and the bulge on the outer after you widen out the tips on top of the W pattern.... Looks awesome

I'm a new subscriber to your channel and this video went right along with a pouch I'm looking at making now. I'll be using a Leatherman Mut, a LUC-Pro LP 290 flashlight (Available from Lowes, and I want to put the tools for the Leatherman on the back of the pouch. Currently I use a Niteize pouch that holds all that along with a regular sized harmonica.

What do you think of a CNC pattern cutter? I use to inspect Fire Fighting Turnout Manufacturing and they used a type of CNC to cut patterns.
