Problem with Viton seals supplied by a Lambretta dealer, watch out and test yours prior to fitting, here we see why they won`t work in a Lambretta engine.
Thanks for that, I have not fitted any until these, I have been looking up about them and believe they need to be TC profile and these in the video are definitely not.
I had the same problem with the same seals ,
They can be to harsh for fitting
Always vital to try them on crank 1st , and use a good specific oil seal grease , l leave mine on crank for a couple of days before fitting

New seals arrived today, TC version fit like a glove , took your tip and they are sitting on the crank as we speak, good luck mate.

Emmett Enterprises, stockport, ordered from them 13.61 for two of each viton seals, TC version.
