Appy to ribs 2-4 hours before cooking - Zábava
CHEERS Tommy!!!! Those ribs look so tasty and delicious. I have some of that sauce next time I make ribs l’m going to try some. That Masterbuild looks awesome. Can’t wait for you to make more cooks on it. Have a great day Tommy.
Steak sear and brisket coming.
Can you post a screenshot of the cook graph off the MB app or your other temp monitor? Curious to see how it handled temp consistency.
Ill have a steak sear video out Saturday AM and will post some graphs in that video.
This pit is looking promising so far, just watched your ribeye/picannah video those looked perfect as well. May have to try this grill out. Never really been a masterbuilt fan but looks like they may be upping their game enough now to givd them a go. Thx Tommy

@@thegalleryBBQ bee all over, charcoal? lump? charcoal and wood chunk? dont over think it and dump either or in it?
The ribs looked awesome
Thanks John!
Tommy those ribs look so good! My daughter is graduating from high school and we are have an outdoor party for her. Definitely ribs are on the menu and will get those ribs done right on my new grill. I will definitely use your discount on wild forks!
Awesome Kenny. Load up while you can..
Great looking ribs. I've also converted and am almost exclusively a foil boater as well. 🤤🔥🍻
Right on brother!
That all looks delicious, Tommy! I gotta stop watching, or I'll end up with a MasterBuilt XT😂🤣😂
Haha... Its an awesome pit!
Looks good! Used my Master Built 1050 a couple of days ago.. love how they cook. Did some homemade Bratwurst from scratch, OMG, they were good. Even ran a batch of wings with Blues Hog Smokey Mountain.
Any luck in getting some sausage videos out of you?
If your meaning how to make sausage videos. Not at the moment.
Outstanding!
Thank you kindly!
THOSE ARE SOME GREAT LOOKING RIBS TOMMY I AM GONNA TRY THE BOAT METHOD FOR SURE
I love boating ribs and brisket
Tommy my guy....those Spate Ribs turned out fantastic.....looks like the new pit is doing his thing. Cheers 🍻! Oh by the way see you got an interview with a guy from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 this Sunday I'll be sure to chime in lol 😂😂
Haha.... Thanks brother. Its going to be a fun hour!
Great cook Tommy. Them ribs look killler. I like the method. XT looks awesome hope the hopper holds out ? With no blows. I’ll check on you before I buy 1 lol
Keep watching. Got a classic steak sear next followed by a 20lb brisket!
@@thegalleryBBQ I can’t wait for that Tommy. Thanks. 👍🏆
Well done sir.
JT
My man...
Great video as always! Love the color of the ribs. We just got the Blue Hogs sauce and it is our favorite! The raspberry chipotle from Costco is good, however, this one is better.
Sounds great! Costco has everything. Thanks for watching!
Boooooom!!!
My man.
Hey Tommy, great video! This XT looks freaking awesome!
Hey, why do you put foil around your ambient temp probe that’s on the grate? Do you get wildly different temperature readings with and without foil?
I lost my holder that holds the probe so i use foil. lol
Nice color on that rack bro! great cook!
Thanks brother.
I know you go to the one in eatontown nj👍👍👍👍. I go there all the time
No kidding.. Mention me and use that coupon!
Another Awesome video, Tommy! Thank You!
(I can Hear Myself getting Fatter!) ;)
Haha... I hit the gym and ride a bike in house 5 days a week. lol
What kind of wood did you use with your charcoal?
Nothing... Ive got a Brisket cook coming where ill use some oak or maybe cherry. I did however use a oak BnB..
Damn man. That looks awesome. My 9 year old would definitely approve of the lava cakes lol. How'd you do that corn? That a casserole or something? And that color on the ribs is money dude. Good job!
I oven cooked everything. That corn was killer.
Tommy,
Great looking ribs and I will try to find that sauce (May not find it on the west coast though)
I notice that you did not mention "Probe tender" on this cook. Do you prefer to chew the meat off of the rib bones, or do you prefer the bones to pull out of the meat (3-2-1)?
By the way, Lava cakes aren't just for kids, this grown up loves them too!
I personally prefer a bite in my ribs. Although fall off the bone seems more populator. amzn.to/3w0Gblp or amzn.to/3xWtcBJ
What kind of numbers were you seeing from those other ambient temp rpobes?
Ive got a steak sear video out Saturday AM and ill show some graphs.
Can you put a griddle the grill for smash burgers and plancha grilling ?
Id say so.....
What is BB Tommy? In the season rub
Black Pepper😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Would you recommend this over the Yoder ys640s?
Well If I'd recommend any pellet grill over the XT it'll be the LSG and maybe Yoder. That said, if i were going pellet, i'd go LSG.... Cheers.
Nice cook. I know is may be premature, since ribs are fairly quick. But have you noticed a difference in efficiency with the XT?
yes.... i think it burns great and defiantly snuffs out the fire quick. Real quick.
@@thegalleryBBQ excellent. Thank you!
In the BBQ rub recipe, what is "BB"? I am assuming Black Pepper.
Correct. thanks-
Tom, Steven Raichlen's name is pronounced "Riklin", not "Richlin". Keep up the good work.
Cheers brother and thanks-
How was the fuel consumption
@@BBQ_JerrY good. Once you power off the unit it snuffs out the fire pretty quick. Quicker than the 560 800 and 1050
What fuel did you use?
Hi Joshua... Its in the video;)
In the rub recipe what is BB?
Hi Chuck... Black Pepper.... my bad and fixed!
@@thegalleryBBQ no worries. I’m looking to move on from kettle to pellet or gravity feeds and I stumbled on your channel. Keep up the awesome and honest reviews and really good looking food. I’m going to boat from now on to keep the bark I work hard on from sogging out.
Keep the smoke rollin’ brother
@@ChuckOleary-jb6kr if you ever have any questions. LMK. GalleryBBQ@gmail.com
You can tell them ribs are over cooked. You don't need 4-5 hours. I can do them exact ribs in my master built in 3 hrs at 225.
Ribs were awesome. Thanks for watching! And enjoy your 3 hour ribs!
3hrs at 225? Lol ok
@@Threefiddyz Thats like, impossible! lol
