A normal fruit can only be used once but a permanent fruit can be used as many times as you need
Shadow was the rarest fruit you got since it’s a mythic and worth a lot
If you start playing, use the light fruit since it’s the best for the first sea

basically he means you can swap permanent fruits whenever you want after you redeem them from your inventory and you can equip them from the shop as many times as you want {thats why theyre called permanent}
