Perhaps you are having an anxiety or panic attack, so don’t drink any caffeine, no black teas, even chai, no caffeine, no soda because they have caffeine, especially coco cola, Pepsi etc. You may be anxious about delivery. Set a timer on your phone and take your medication when it alarms.

Darling put those seizure meds in a weekly pill box or somewhere so you can see and remember to take them. Set an alarm to go off as a reminder or hubby could help and remind you. 🙏❣
Praying, for the Holy Spirit to bring all things to your remembrance, in the area of taken medicine. Lady Sylvia, I was having this problem for a long time forgetting to take my medicine, until I prayed for the Holy Spirit to help me take my medicine daily and in a timely manner. With that said, I notice when I take Meds, at the same time daily it helps me, also I try to take Meds, difinantly before I get busy, early morning routine usually work better for me. 🙏❤❤❤

The new crib arrangement is much better. You can comfortably sit on your feeding chair and possibly raise your feet up on your bed, if needed.

You are an amazing couple..we can’t wait to see baby Capoucino ..
Also I have few suggestions to have:
A) a medication organizer for your meds,
B) have plenty of Rest during the night and also during the day and lift your feet 🦶 up often..
C) Have dates ( for example medjool) ready when you crave something sweet.. it works.
1) recipe n. one for example - take out all the seeds out from all dates add peanut butter in the middle of each date and coat them in dark chocolate (80%cocoa).. put them in the fridge or freeze..
2) recipe n.2 - flatten all of the dates next to each other in a rectangle shape, use rolling pin to flatten them and shape all of them and add peanut butter on top of all dates in one go.. then add chocolate on top in zig-zag shape- freeze and cut like chocolate 🍫
D) make your own ice-cream in a ice cream molds only from fruits and raw honey or maple sirup. It works..when you crave something sweet..
E) add chia seeds puddings for breakfast or dinner .. instead of sugary stuff there are many recipes on CZcams ( like CZcamsr - Downshiftology)

Yes sugar is no good Sylvia for seizures. That's why a low carb, keto lifestyle is best for Epilepsy. Maybe just cut down on those carbs a bit. After baby is born you can get serious about it.
Sylvia, there’s a magnetic screen mesh that you can put in your door to help with the mosquito proofing. What I like about it is it automatically closes once you’ve entered or leave, so you don’t have to worry about it remaining closed
If you’re forgetting to take your medication. You can set a timer on your phone if you take it more than once a day then set several times throughout the day to remind you. Otherwise you can put Post-it notes in the bathroom and in the kitchen and in the car to remind you

Just a little cautions, Be careful with things over the baby bassinet. At times when there is plumbing issues you get a lot of small flies. It happened to my friend also. Diaper rash cream, it's called. Your home is beautiful!!! That's a great idea putting up the screen for mosquitoes to protect the baby and each of you. Sylvia, please go to the doctor and get check, you don't want to go in a seizure while pregnant. Your safety and the baby safety is first. I know you don't want the med increase. But, safety comes first. Just a senior advice. Take it easy and rest, please. You can tell everyone what you need done while in bed or seated. I pray for the best for you and your beautiful cuddly baby boy in Jesus Christ name Amen 🙏✝️

You CANNOT FORGET to take your meds. Put an alarm on your phone. It's important.
I used on my son water and baby moisturizing cream like baby aveeno and sudacream ( nappy rash cream) All you need for your babys skin as a newborn. Avoid powder and baby oil and chemicals for newborns. Also they dont need soap when you tops and tails them in the first couple of month. Soaps may irritate your babies delicate skin thats why we have water wipes for babies, if their sick or done a poo.
My sister has epilepsy, meditate, avoid caffeine, and avoid stress. Look at your hormonal imbalance and increase fruits and veg and protein and cut out SUGAR! haha. We are all bad for it. Not while your pregnant but my sister takes cbd oil to help with her seizures. Optional.
Love your home, you both should be so proud of yourselves and remember when baby comes, dont forget date nights to keep the love between you, becoming a parent is handwork and stressful. So find time once or twice a month to keep that spark going.

You can use powder. Just have your mom get baby powder made with cornstarch from the states. Walmart has their own brand. Talcum powder is not good they stopped making it.

Yes, you will need a smaller mesh. # How about hanging a BASKET on the wall, instead of a shelf? That way, you can keep things in the basket that you will need to use for the Baby. : )

I'm so glad you were able to get screens up on the windows. If you can learn to make frames and attach the screen to it, I bet you can make a lot of money putting screens on peoples windows there. I would make a great business.

I used petroleum jelly when changing my children's diapers. It protects the skin and prevents nappy rash.
Vaseline (petroleum jelly) is better. It can also be used instead of lotion. Makes the shin very soft and luscious (natural beauty)😊

Each day put a reminder in your calendar on your phone take seizure meds. I do it with my calendar on the phone. Really makes it easy to remember.

Its different kinds of mosquitoes. Here in Puerto Rico we have mosquitoes, but we dont have the Malaria one. We have the Dengue, Sika and Chikungunya, but not the Malaria one.

I love to see how you are working together through all your projects. I know you both are still young and you feel invincible but in reality it's very important to take care of your health first. So if you are supposed to take anti-seizure medicine you must take it on schedule because having a seizure will affect the baby in a bad way and we don't want that
Hello Family, Sylvia please don't double dose your med for epilepsy. Doubling missed dosages is a Big NO-NO. You maybe having side affects from double dosing. Please, for the sake of the baby, get a checkup.
Remember Missed doses are End doses. Don't do make up, just skip that dose and start with the next dose.

I'm diabetic type 2,when I was pregnant years ago my sugar was to high and I went to the hospital and they told me that it wasn't good for me nor the baby,so I had surgery to give bird,at that time I wasn't diabetic 🤷♀️ try avoid to drink juice,soda etc for your own good and the baby

Sylvia hi!!!!!.....wish you could just relax and relax coz you are having anxiety attacks now that you are very near to the finish line, just breathe and all will be well. Engage yourself in steady strolls round your neighborhood or engage yourself in something that you love doing. At night take a cuppa horlicks or cadbury it will soothe you. I pray God sees you through any hiccups along the way. Koree is gonna be a great dad i know and you guys will live in bliss! Blessings my people!

I’m praying for you and your health. Be mindful of your caffeine intake especially as you’re in the last trimester and rest as much as possible. I understand that you want to get as much done before the baby comes, but you don’t want to run yourself to the ground. Also, when your pipe leaks, before changing the entire thing, maybe Koree should try changing the “washer” which is way cheaper than changing the entire thing. Two way tape is best to use for the screen.stick one side to window then peel other side that screen will stick too.you will not have to use glue
