Thanks for great tip for laundry. When my husband was alive my Costco hauls were much much bigger. Now I go for the chicken, cheese (Parmesan etc), I love the Kirkland brand Chicken Tortilla soup. TP and PT’s, zip lock and a few other essentials. My hauls last me 3-4 months as a single senior. I didn’t know about the chocolate chip cookie but I always get a hot dog. Kirkland brand hot dogs are the best.

So glad I found your channel, I have enjoyed every video I been watching. Your wife is a really go get ur!! She don’t let anything hold her back. She just does it!! Watching her go out to get the Christmas tree and then go to the cabin. We always get the Costco lasagna (I have one in the oven now). We get fruit, sour cream, whipped cream, grated Parmesan, hamburger Pattie’s, shredded cheese, some frozen convenience foods like just bare nuggets or mozzarella sticks. Get haul.😊

I use babywipes for my dogs paws after we been out. In sweden they use alot of salt in the winter and it is not good for the doggys paws. And babywipes that is unsented and they have some lotion in them so the paws stay soft not dry and cracked. Good wishes for the new baby :)

some of my fav foods are babybel cheese, white cheddar cheetos, I love broccoli cheese rice from knorr, dirty rice from zattarains, fresh fried swai fish and Martha white hushpuppy mix, refried beans the authentic ones, popcorn shrimp, red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix, baked potatoes, biscuit and gravy, roast beef tips with mashed potatoes and gravy, hamburger steak, vegetable soup, loaded baked potatoe soup, sweet Mac and cheese

We always stock up well with their TP, flushable wipes, cashews, almonds and coffee. I was surprised when you only put one pack on TP, diapers and wipes on the cart. Of course the obligatory rotisserie chicken or two goes without saying. 🤣 Also find that the Kirkland OTC meds and vitamins are a great deal. But, in the winter we really love the frozen French Onion soup that comes in a box of six. If you like French Onion soup pick up a box the next time you are there.

The rotisserie chickens are always great. They are wonderful in so many dishes. We gety our coffee there because it is good quality and cheaper. Love that you show the scenery and the night sky.

I love to watch your Anchorage trips not so much for the Costco part but they are fun to watch but the trip to Anchorage It is a trip back thru time I remember the shopping trips to Anchorage Lived In Homer for almost 10 yrs. As Bob Hope used to say Thanks for the Memories

I get 10 of the roasted chicken, I come home and split in half and use my seal a meal machine on each half. It gives us 20 meals of meat. Very cheap! We use it in wraps, quesadilla's, chicken and dumplings, chicken tacos, chicken salad, chicken rice casseroles and more, I take bones after removing them and put back in bag and freeze, when I get enough I cook them 24 to 36 hours and make bone broth.
I love Harvatti Cheese and they have a good price on it.

We buy all our cooking oils there! Avocado, olive and coconut. We also buy the big pork loins and cut them into chops! And the best bacon Is Coleman’s uncured and sugar free! We love Costco! Glad you made it home safe.

Costco - so pretty. Always think of Alaska being so cold, although our Quebec winters sometimes are harsh this year is exceptional. Rained most of December and even now there is only about 8 inches of snow where I live ( close to Vermont border. ) Also I love seeing the different things and prices compared to ours. We always get the rotisserie chicken any time we go to Costco or Sams club. We also like the chicken bakes. The chocolate chip cookies replaced the churros.

Hello from south-central Canada! I just found you and I am subscribing. I like Adam’s scrunchie too and if you don’t want the oil to separate just use a hand blender or any kind of a blender it’s kind of messy. You have to take it out and put it back yet, but it’s worth it, and it won’t separate after that. I like Adams because there’s no sugar.

Sure, I will 🥰! So for my curly hair I just use Treseme (cheaper products work better for me 🤷) Curly Hair Shampoo and Conditioner. Then while it's wet I put regular gel in it (La looks) and then Treseme Curl mousse in it. Then I let it air dry overnight while sleeping. I have tried lots of products and a diffuser, but this works best for me ! Hope this helps 😊!

I live about 100 miles north of Anchorage & try to avoid going to Costco (and Anchorage in general) during the winter. When I go in spring/summer I like to get the reindeer dogs, KS lasagna, KS grass fed butter, organic milk (date is much farther out than regular milk), boxed UHT milk for winter, Morning Summit cereal, organic chicken thighs & drumsticks & much more. I always fill up my 4 Runner every trip🙄.

Hi gang. Flat bed carts mean big expensive trip coming up. Yes, those totes are great. We have 10 stacked in our shed. We like the liquid Kirkland. We love that orange chicken. I’ve seen Wendy’s chili in our local supermarkets. Reviews aren’t very good. But we love the restaurant one! We love their hamburger (4.19lb), pork, bath tissue, paper towels, croissants,bread, pizza, frozen wontons,and milk. Unfortunately, here in Florida we don’t have cellars so our room to stock is limited. See you next week.

You're prices at Costco are not to much more than here in Michigan, for example the black and yellow totes are 10.00 here and cheese sticks are like 9.00 . Our Costco has awesome churos and in the spring they have the best root bear made with real sugar in glass bottles.

I don’t know if you know this, but I thought it would pass it on and if you put equal amounts of ketchup and regular Coca-Cola together and put any seasoning you want it makes an excellent barbeque sauce

We have Wendy's chili in a can here in Oklahoma. It tastes very close to the actual Wendy's chili. If you add their hot sauce packets to it, it gets rid of severe headaches and migraines according to my husband who has had migraines and bad headaches and ate it. It got rid of the headaches pretty much.

My favorite thing is the Kirkland's 30 roll toilet paper. My little sister got it for me and since I'm a party of one, it'll last at least 6 months. I love being single.😂😂😂

I use vingar as well I just add it where fab softener goes ezis pixie. I also fill mason jars with lime.lime or orange peels or slices n fill with vigar let sit min of 2weeks them I put into spray bottle.n few drops of dawn n water just bout what you want

So much fun at Costco today for sure and especially with Harrison. Love the way he answers you! Such a sweet little guy and I love his voice. His behavior is excellent. I’m so excited for the baby I was wondering when the due date is. Do you know the gender? I heard the hospital there and Dr is really good if you’re not having issues. So you gave me some ideas I’ve never bought but I use coconut oil you can’t beat the price, I use only butter also and grass fed is the best,Costco paper towels, napkins and toilet paper you can’t beat the price. Harrison and I would get along I eat only Honey Nut Cheerios! It’s only my husband and i so I don’t buy the real large bags of flour etc. nowhere to store. I didn’t catch the name of the breakfast sandwich.. what were those? A lot of people don’t like the little spinach white egg quiche but those are a great buy and they’re individually wrapped and small so pop 2 -3 secs which is enough for me in the microwave for 30 seconds. Yum I haven’t seen Wendy’s chili and we love it. Was it good? Love the roasted chicken for sure. So those are a few things I buy. It looked like early morning when you left I guess it was later in the day. What printer did you get? Ours broke so we’re looking. There’s another CZcamsr that shops that exact Costco I follow she has 4 boys and just had a new baby girl. They were twins but lost one at 20weeks. Thier CZcams is (This Alaska Life) and they must live near you only in a town. Love watching her go through and show what she buys and the prices. I think you did a great job as far as price. She goes once a month and has all those boys which 2 are older and 2 a bit younger. The youngest is 6 and we’ve only seen baby Violet once in the NICU and I’m not sure when she’s coming home. Some of the workers recognize her and they all try to get on camera. Lol Where do you get fresh fruit? Her husband hunts Moose, he gets salmon, Deer and fish so they have freezers full. Never been to Costco, my favorite thing is Doritos, I do like butter. That's not a bad price for everything you got. When my kids were little my favorite diaper was Luvs. Back in the day they made separate diapers for girls and boys

@@GoodLivingAlaska it was so easy to go get some, just just had to grab the blue package. Plus my boys are 17 months apart and my youngest grew so fast that within a few months they wore the same size clothes and diapers. It was great! That was many years ago and now I'm a grandma of 6

Costco is too far away for me but there is a Sam's Club (owned by Walmart) very similar in you find big deals on bulk purchases. Such places are not necessary when you only have to buy for yourself.

What a long trip to get groceries! Still I guess that it's partly a diversion from the run of things. How do you keep the frozen things & meat from going off during a long teip etc? Also will you have a long trip from home to have tbe baby or is there a cinic/small hospital near your home? Keep well.😂
Thanks for watching and joining us on our Costco adventure 😊! It is a long trip, but worth it to us. We don't worry too much about it in the Winter. It stays pretty cold in the bed of the truck. In the Summer, we take a huge cooler. Fortunately, there is a hospital on the Kenai Peninsula that is close to us. So glad we don't have to drive or plan on staying in Anchorage. Sadly, we don't have a Costco here in Tennessee. I wish we had one. The closest thing we have is Sam's Club, which is just ok. I hope we get a Costco or Trader Joe's soon.
