Iâm over here just pitching a fit about that Ciate London palette. đđđ I absolutely love it. I have to say I am confused why I hear such mixed reviews on it. I have loved everything from Ciate London. But I will say Iâm not big on major pigment when it comes to soft glam makeup. I like formulas that I build up, not like indie like formulas that are like POW. Does that make sense? I think itâs what Iâm used to working with in bridal lol. I feel like your look is so beautiful on you, so Iâm not seeing the issue. đ
Everyone has their own preferences for makeup for sure, I think the palette is nice for soft looks but I like my shadows to be pigmented without having to build up a bunch. đ I actually did like the way my look turned out but I donât think Iâm sold on keeping the palette đ
I didnât even bother with the CL palette. Itâs just not a good quality. Or not good enough. I love Whatâs up beauty. I didnât get this lipstick, sadly. But, I love their eyeshadow
I should have just skipped it haha I knew I would be disappointed in the palette. Yess the whatâs up beauty lipstick is so nice I definitely recommend! I still want to try their eyeshadows!
Dang! I was hoping the eyeshadow palette was going to perform better. Ciate London is always a hit or a miss for me. A lot of people do love Ciate London cuz they donât like something really pigmented. They are more comfortable building up the colours if thatâs what they like. For me I prefer a highly pigmented eyeshadow palette. Especially with the shimmers. But you did create a beautiful eyeshadow look đ! The mascara I have heard a lot of the same issues as you had. With the formula being dry and then it flaking. Thatâs too bad I was hoping for better since it is the former owners of Too Faced. I am extremely jealous about the blush. I put it in my add ons and it didnât come. Now Ipsy says they are out of stock for this shade so I got a refund đą. I also was suppose to get the pink one in my Icon box and it didnât come also. So they said that one they are shipping out to me. So we shall see. But I am truly bummed about the one you used đą it looks so beautiful đ on you Amanda. I did get the lipstick as well and yes that embossing is stunning đ€©. I seen on their actual full size it has stunning embossing all the way around the lipstick so I would love to pick up some of them. Such a beautiful look Amanda! Yeah I was hoping for the palette to be better too but sadly not đ„ș yeah I love pigmented palettes too I donât want to have to build them up a ton I just want them to work effortlessly but I can see why some people would like a softer shadow look.
Aww that sucks the blush didnât come , itâs such a pretty shade! Maybe they will have it on the Ipsy shop at some point so you can grab it đ
