Is it bills inclusive,light,internet and water ?

It is 625, and it is not bills inclusive, bills are separate.
So Light totally depends on usage,
Internet is within £20-30
And water is about £30 pounds, but if you are a student, I would encourage you to get a bills inclusive apartment.
