According to Manqoba he did day themba will still play an integral part of the team. If you can recall when Rhulani started taking over mshishi did feature on the starting line up for 2 to 3 games but it's always difficult not too start with him. It will depend on the tactics and whom we facing.!

Matchday 1 👆 we are back. My ratings Onyango 7(very good shots topping, he saved the team on multiple occasions) Mudau 7 (solid as always but nothing outstanding to brag about) Riva 7 (was good despite being exposed by the pace of chauke at times, he defended well overall) Lebusa 8 (solid as expected, I felt comfortable even with ten man because he is that good defensively) Mashego 6.5 ( showed good glimpses of why we signed he from Cape Town City, but I saw laps of concentration that could've cost us in another game. But he will get better because we know offensively he is good) Mokoena 6.5( consistent, tried to take shots as we expect him but I felt the more the game played the more he dipped in performance.) Allende 6 ( he is quality but he is was not good today when we lost possession, I felt he could have been subbed if we had more options on the bench apart from blesser) Modiba 6.5 ( he played well but like most players, as the game went further he seemed to dip too Matthews 5 ( wasteful but I still expect big things from him this season, the misses chances seemed to play in his mind because he also became ineffective as time went by.) Shalulile 6.5( I felt he needed to be fed more because every shot he took he could've scored but service was not enough especially in the second half Ribeiro 8 (best performer by far, he needed help, and he also missed chances to score but he was a constant threat to Matuludi Coach Manqoba ( we gonna need to be patient but I already fear that we might concede a lot this season, which is something we are not used to and what I also observed was a lot of box entries, shots at goal but we I heard the coach say we have a lot of work to do but I'm excited by what I see.
Starting Shika on the bench is wrong, there was no combination up front, Rivaldo and Lebusa no speed, we are not experimenting at Sundowns, Changing styles of play must be done gradually, we were vulnerable even in the middle, Do our coaches analyze Shalulile? Shalulile is always the same
This season seems like the aim is to outscore teams, This is not sustainable in the long run. we need to improve our rest defense. one way is to have 2 center backs and Riva as hybrid centre back. we cannot afford to have Mokwena as CM alone, our 8s needs to hybrid as 10s as well. in football terms, width does not mean crosses. if this is how we going to play, we will be outplayed this season.
Good point to pounder on, I believe any of our seniors the team should be theirs now, either Mosa,Mkhulise,Riva, Ronza or moreover the guys we got in the last 5 years. My main worry is will the cheese boys be able to agjust to this speedy game plan.. I am really worried and concern about everything especially this season in the league 2024/2025 season....

I am happy with the game even though second halve we dropped a bit. What makes me happy is that the new style of play is starting to shape up and players must also adapt to this new formation. We are going to score many goals in the coming games.
