@ProjectSupreme This has been a recurring issue for multiple roblox players. DMCA claim strikes have been given out to a lot of people like sharkblox due to copyrighted branding (logos, etc.) Even if you made the item it still DMCA strikes you because you as the roblox player do not own the right to use the logo(s) you are using. People have been striked for using stuff like adidas, pokemon, Mario, nike, etc. Unless your item was made by roblox or for a sponsored event you are at risk for a DMCA claim.
Currently at this moment there is no way to delete clothing items without contacting roblox through their support email and having them remove it for you. Long story short, roblox is trying to clean up stolen property off of the marketplace, but its being handled in the wrong way since some people uploaded these items when they were younger or never knew this was an issue.
So whats gonna happen to my 500 copyrighted shirts

There are many cases like this on roblox now.
Project your probably not gonna see this but u can still get banned/term for off sale items and even completely removed items, basically if you a make a copyrighted item it’s over so there is nothing you can do as if right now
project if you have uploaded a shirt or pants that have any logo that is copyrightable your basically signing yourself up for a ban, I would just double check and make sure that you dont have anything uploaded you will only get the warning if YOU uploaded it, love the video bro

Alright so Project, Roblox has been giving warnings for people who made clothes with brands on them such as Adidas, Nike, and so because it's copyright or something like that or that's what I think happened and I know you said you don't remember you uploaded "white Adidas" but maybe could have done that years ago but I could be wrong .

its because it was named after a irl clothing. Roblox are removing everything that has something to do with big irl things. Like for example popular clothes like adidas and jordans. They are also removing games that coppy from irl games or shows like for example anime games that copy existing animes
Yo wsp project been a fan for a while idk how to fix it but I can tell you the criteria of it the reason you got warning of CLOTHING you made in the past that roblox is now partners with I recommend doing the best you can by taking it safe gang hope this helps some maybe😅
pretty much u cant make/buy clothing with other brands logos on it, so therefore no one is tryna get u banned its just a simple way of them letting you know of whats happened so u dont get ur acc banned
they recently added a thing where if you own anything that is not roblox made it is bannable
dmca is basically your acc getting a warning or banned for having a copy righted shirt or pants
DMCA can be done by report or by the official owner of the brand , in this situation it probably an old shirt you made and didn't know about. this sometimes happen when regularly someone check your shirts created by your account and report it. Good luck preventing the termination of your account.
additionnal information: yeah check your roblox shirts.
Im sure they mean put the shirts offsale, and then contact roblox support all of the clothing IDs.

It’s because of some brands have started to strike Roblox n ish so they removing all or most brand stuff
This has happened to me its when to try to create something that is against the roblox protocol like i tried to make a blue Smurf figure but they didn’t let me and gave me a warning i think for your case someone created the same thing before you and so when they saw you created the same they might have copyright striated you😅
I also send a fake announcement to an anti slender server where they would make a lot of robux if they upload an adidas shirt or something like that, I got a lot too
Once you uploaded a copyright cloth, you still will get banned even if you bring that private, change the name or even delete the item
yo project 😭i think u still do get banned if u put it off sale i got banned for a shirt that was off sale and it wasn't even anything bad, and the named was later changed to content deleted automatically ( i was so mad. )

Explanation: Roblox has removed all adidas merchandise off the platform because of copyright strike reasons and could get sued. So anyone who made/bought the adidas merchandise got banned.

Im not sure if im right about this but i think i know why you got banned. I remember hearing that for roblox to prevent any more lawsuits against them, they are taking action against any shirts/items uploaded with a brand logo that the user doesn't own so maybe you uploaded something with a brand logo on it and that got you banned.
