Iphone 12 Pro Max vs Iphone 3Gs Camera Comparison - 11 Years apart

My first ever smartphone was an Iphone 3Gs so naturally when I found one for a great price on Facebook I snatched it. I remember I loved taking photos with the Iphone 3gs and I'd like to think it introduced me in to the world of photography.
It's 2021 now and my main phone is the Iphone 12 Pro Max. In this video I test cameras on both of these phones side by side but this time not to see which one is better. This time I want to see how far phone photography has come over the past 11 years.

both good points, maybe they’ll add more features to add more character like the cinema feature etc. would be super cool if they added a filter of each iphone camera over the years into the iphones today.

I agree. I sometimes rewatch old photos from my iPhone 5 and the photos have an unexplainable warmth to them, the imperfections actually add to the picture

hm, on 6:06, i prefer the 3GS . The 12Pro looks too Bright (take a strong look at the Trees.) Thats way ahead from Natural.

It's more dynamic. It has got a beautiful gradient from the warm sun to the dark road and trees, whime in the newer iphone eveything is just bright.
