Cleaning really is all about a routine. Doing the same thing every day and then deep cleaning on a rotation. If you can not stick to that because of ADHD then it’s very hard to keep a clean home. You are a good friend. Blessings

Coline sent me. I know you’re American, but thank heaven your music is not! I actually rather enjoyed the instrumentals accompanying this video. I got a kick out of the luscious soap lather and bubbles you clean with. And you clean so completely and utterly perfectly, and then you polish. Your cleaning, at least in this video, was much more a mindfulness exercise or a meditation, what I’d expect to see in a scene in an abbey or a monastery. Quite calming and peaceful, and I subscribed.

This is my best friend's place and I'm visiting often. Sometimes I use gloves, this time i happened not to have any, silly me. For client's homes, I always wear them.
Wow that sink is designed terribly! I think I'd get a countertop dishwasher if I was in her position. Cleaning dishes in that sink would drive me crazy. Great work!
