I am looking to buy a mini gaming pc, and hope you review the ASUS Rog Nuc & Minisforum HX200G coming out soon.
Love that desktops are starting to become little thin clients that are packed with a high end gaming laptop components.
I hope this trend becomes more and more popular, cause I do not miss the days of having an E-Machine or a Windows XP HP Desktop that I constantly knocked over as a kid (did not knew as a kid that I can put it on my desk, or have a mount for the underside of the desk lol)

What does it mean you do your own tech support for OEM OS? When did someone buy a non OEM Windows license, had a problem with Windows, and got free support from Microsoft?

If you buy an expensive key from Microsoft, they come with at least some level of tech support. If you buy an oem key, you are supposed to get tech support from the oem builder/provider instead of microsoft... in this case, you'd be your own tech support.

@@teksyndicate Thank you for your reply, I do understand the general meaning, I just never met or even heard of anyone (end user) actually asking and getting direct tech support from Microsoft about their "regular" Windows version. I admit I never even considered it a feature in...ever (using computers since the early 1980s). I am not criticizing what you said, just thinking out loud. Anyway, thanks again.

The problem is that these things are too close in price to similar laptops but with generally less capability... a laptop would serve all but a few niche use cases better.... for the price
