In all these demo's, an unacknowledged stimulus light is applied from exactly the camer's location. That's how bicubics work. They reflect exactly 180 degrees... to the point of origin. Misunderstanding how reflectors play out in the real worl gets us killed by the score. They don't protect you. They offer an opportunity that IF: you have a reflector facing a Driver, AND the driver is looking your way, AND a stimulus light is coming from his headworn light he wears on his head.... WAIT! ...Exactly. The third MUST... is that the car's headlights must be aimed AT you. Here's how we die: Biker riding along on main street (has right of way.) Car entering from right, stopped at stop sign. Rider assumes diver sees him, and is yielding, continues ahead. OOPS! The driver's headlights never touched the reflector once, now has they? Driver, seeing no bike ...and no reflected headights... turns left. T-BONED! ...By a freaking car. Prolly ruined that poor Driver's whole week, the jerk! Here's the deception in this absurdly exaggerated 'demonstration' See the moving side shot of the bike from a car. Note the stimulus white light applied, as made evident by the white line brightness gradient. We consumer deserve to see the TRUTH... which they should be proud to show us.... of how that looks with the white light off... and the car's running lights on. I was MUCH more interested in these products before I saw this dangerous plug. I am going to explore the IDEAS, for sure. Thanks for the info... but no thanks for the disinfo.
