You do know that I do character quest videos on characters from other shows all the time right? In fact, only two of the last five have been about a Moral Orel character.
Yeah I know you do a character quest but your doing another one that isn't a character from moral oral I think a character quest on stereo monovici from space goofs is great but you don't take requests
@@siyahseeker Okay, I was thinking more in line with what made it special and unique that would make it a classic. I also wanted to know what serious issues it incorporates into their episodes since it's been a while since I've seen it.
This show had so much personality. I adored the art direction and the songs! Plus I’m a sucker for any cartoons that focus on a *class* of students. I really wanted to see where future seasons would go. Unfortunately, sometimes the best shows are not given the chance to shine enough 😞 I am indeed on of those adults who looks back and thanks “man, Class of 3000 was COOL.” So at least the creators achieved what it wanted.
This show actually first aired the day after my 8th birthday. Truly an underrated classic especially with the different art styles that had for the music videos.
I only ever saw a couple episodes of this show, will say the music video bits were the best parts, great music and a different visual style every time!
I’m amazed how many live stage shows there was for these shows back in the early 2000s and almost nobody has footage or much merch or props that survived after 10+ years. It’s like the 90s-2010s we had to record and preserve it ourselves or it’s lost forever in the vault of time. An only now are we recovering what has been lost to the public.
I remember watching some of the episodes but not the full series. One thing I loved is how it looked like one of those jazz posters or that short from Fantasia 2000.
I rewatched the series in 2017 after not seeing it since it's original run. It's definitely in my top 10 CN shows. I also love Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. I love how both shows have developed a cult following over the years. People post a lot of fan art of the shows on Twitter. My favorite characters are Lil D and Madison.
It's good to finally learn SOMETHING about this elusive show. I remember always being baffled when I'd see any references to it, because I literally, not once, EVER managed to catch it on TV. Which confused me a lot because I watched Cartoon Network pretty darned often. I couldn't understand why I never ran into this show, or barely even ever saw it promoted. It was almost like some myth that didn't actually exist.
Really glad you covered this show! I was always sad about its apparent obscurity, so I'm happy that it's getting more exposure now. I've always loved its unique art style.
This was the era I nearly checked out on CN entirely. The Cartoon Cartoon times were over, they cancelled this, and then CN Real happened not shortly after. Was a bad time.
Wow! This show to me looks like one of those shows where you can tell, "yeah, this was made with a passion alright". The characters seem great and relatable, the art style is...unique, and the music sounds promising. Too bad shows aren't made like this lately...especially in today's age with all the low effort animation getting top billing (and by low effort, I mean stuff made with ill intentions...in other words, MONEY) while actually good shows like this sometimes sadly gets swept under the rug.
I love how you're doing videos on abandoned Cartoon Network shows like this. are you gonna do ones on the others by any chance? just asking out of curiosity.
The first thing that comes to mind whenever I think of "Class of 3000" is that scene in the first episode where they had Tom Kenny redub a Quick-Draw McGraw cartoon. Tom does a horrible Quick-Draw. Aside from that, I watched one episode and wasn't impressed. Sonny was kind of cool, but I loathed the kids.
@@kootunesscrewy but i think did worst. Because cn realized later that his public dosen´t like live action, while nick continue even in this day these treatment.
Since the Crocker video was not ready yet due to unforeseen circumstances, here's this one a week early!
I think the first episode referenced Quick Draw McGraw, an old Hanna-Barbera Character
Oh my god your doing another character quest of a character not from moral oral its not because I hate it I just think its too much

Ah Class of 3000, Another one of CN's most underrated classic cartoons! Too bad they hardly make cartoons like this anymore.
Do you mean musical shows or other factors that make it a classic?
@@bearberserkerProbably the fact that it's well animated, has great characters and not afraid to try to tackle serious issues when the time is right.

This show was legendary & it’s songs were complete gold
I only ever saw a couple episodes of this show, will say the music video bits were the best parts, great music and a different visual style every time!
Some reason it kind of reminds me of Josie and the Pussycats, JabberJaw & The Neptunes and The Impossibles (from Frankenstein Jr. & The Impossibles)!
I wish we got a CD release of the “Turn of the Century” song from this show.
Man I wish Cartoon Network had better ratings in their second season. This underrated show had lots of potential.
I freaking love this show
i love everything about this show, so i'm glad Andre basically said "only make this show if it's actually good" because it actually is..
Its been so long since I seen Class of 3000.
Wow. The only time I knew about Tom Lynch was his logo at the end of The Troop and Bucket and Skinner.
Didn't knew he created this cartoon.

If it wasn’t for all these budgetary problems, we could’ve had another season and album.
I remember watching this as a kid. Definitely gone too soon.
I loved this show so much! I was really sad when it went off after two seasons.
I remember watching some of the episodes but not the full series. One thing I loved is how it looked like one of those jazz posters or that short from Fantasia 2000.
Such an overlooked show. Loved the artstyle!
I love Class of 3000! I wish we had a reboot! ❤ I also had a crush on Philly Phil as a kid and have a crush on Andre 3000!

It wouldve been awesome if big boi couldve guess starred. Hell, an new outkast album would be amazing
I loved this show as a kid. Should give it a rewatch as an adult.

Kicking it old school where the music is cool the songs are cooler

Thank God
Media Mementos always has the best taste
This show made interested already!
Now that's an underrated classic, right before the Snyder era
This was the show back in the day

Andre 3000 best rapper along with Biggie!
I can't say I have a "favorite" character, but I do have a favorite song: UFO Ninja
I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE STAGE SHOW OMG.
I need to know if the script is floating around online.
Glad You didn't talk about Big... Dwlight.
I love how you're doing videos on abandoned Cartoon Network shows like this. are you gonna do ones on the others by any chance? just asking out of curiosity.
I remember when this show first premiered and I was so hyped for it.
It’s a shame it died off so soon
I think the show just appeared at the wrong place in the wrong time on Cartoon Network in a time when they were in a bit of a slump.
The first thing that comes to mind whenever I think of "Class of 3000" is that scene in the first episode where they had Tom Kenny redub a Quick-Draw McGraw cartoon. Tom does a horrible Quick-Draw.

I wish Kam would put a bugle over Kim's head.
that would be funny to watch XD since Kim slapped his head with cymbals
@cfan6716 then her lips and tongue would go through the mouth piece.
@stevensampson5823 oh my 😂 poor Kim why do you wish that upon her? 😅
@@cfan6716 she has pretty lips.

I need to the new episodes commented
and this series never released in latin american
What episode did John k animate on?
Ep Home.
Hey
so class of 3000 received the nicktoons treatement?
Actually, every CN show had the Nicktoons treatment by that time as they were focusing more on live action.
