1. What is my current situation?
2. Where do I want to be?
3. What must I do to get there?
4. Who must I rely on to help me get there?
5. What must I become to achieve these things?
You need to be brutally honest with these answers. Best to write it all down. Print it and put it up on your wall. See it everyday.
I use this to do yearly goals.

I do wish youtube would support disabling music. To me I just find it annoying but to a lot of hard of hearing people it makes it impossible to listen to. Hearing aids can struggle separating dialog from music or noises. I lived with a family member who had top end hearing aids and she basically couldn't make out any dialog once the music started. A video like this would have to be skipped.
