    From my experience everything you said about this plow is true! It scrapes good keeps the truck way cooler etc etc! Overall really outstanding product.

      The only problem I see with this is the ground clearance is pretty low on the main section in transport. I'd hit a lot of pavement pulling in and out of inclined driveways and lots. I'd like to see Western make a 12ft V with retractable wideout style wings as an option to this.

    SnoPower is revolutionizing the truck plow game. 12' or 14' option, unreal!

    Nice to see someone enjoying this job. I used to now it just pays bills. Be careful don’t get equipment poor just to look big. Work hard and put money away so your not working when your ninety.

    Guy in my town has the 12ft. one. Said it has been nothing but trouble. He listed off a few problems. He showed me the wing edges get stuck and wont go down and then is scrapes terribly. He had to kick them to get them to hit the ground but then he had to kick them again after raising the plow. I think they have bugs to work out for sure.

      Sucks to hear that. With every mass produced product out there it’s bound to have models with defects and issues. It’s inevitable. The majority of what I hear is positive but I do hear the opposite at times as well. Sno power in my opinion handles customer service better than anyone on the market as long as the plow is used properly and taken care of like any product should be.

    That thing looks bad ass, but man all those little things I just see issues k.i.s.s out the window.. its awesome but reliability is what I want to know more about

      Agreed, only time will tell with use. Personally in my eyes it’s worth the risk. Every plow you can buy there is a chance of something breaking. Learn how each plow works in and out and when an issue presents itself take the most logical steps to take care of it. If you can see one in person I think it would change your mind. Seeing it in person and being able to control it changed every doubt I had with it. Much of the same issue you might be thinking of. 100% go see one in person. It’s built very, very well.

    A 12ft V with wideout style wing extensions would be a great option to counter this. The clearance is not very good on this plow in transport mode. I see myself hitting a lot of pavement pulling in and out of inclined driveways and lot entrances.

      maybe two car wide driveways, not single drives.

    Hey how it going I have a snow power pull plow, I like it very much, wish it was a little more heavy duty.
    So I have to ask do you like the f12?
    Do you like the plow ? Do you think it's worth the money?
    I currently run a fisher xls , some v plows , and a western wide out there great. Is this worth the price tag?

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem

      I don’t own a F12 right now. I sold my plow truck and am using a skidsteer this season. I ran a DXT and rear sno power on the truck. I would buy a front sno power in a heart beat if I ram a truck again. If you can check one out in person I think it would really help your decision. Every person has different needs so it’s not for everyone. They are expensive but being able to move the amount of snow they can it can save you a lot of time. If you like your rear plow and wish it was in the front of the truck. F12 is the way to go. I would ask garret with G&M outdoor services on his opinion. He owns a few.

      14k-16k I believe. Been awhile since I checked. Inflation hasn’t been helping.

    To many moving parts one curb hit your cutting edge is not going up and down anymore on your wing

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před rokem

      I highly recommend checking one out in person. I think you will change your mind. But you are not wrong. Anything can happen with the perfect hit. I will say the crew behind sno power test the equipment to the max and they wouldn’t release a product if they did not believe it could be a success and last for a very long time. Just my opinion.
