Thanks for working on my bike! It rode great so far around Boulder reservoir and Boulder Canyon! The 2x set up feels aspirational so may end up changing out the BB/ crankset to get a true granny gear

Entertaining and educational - I kind of like the way he described the front derailleur. The little gadget has to do a tough job. So how have modern bike manufacturers stepped up to this job? They just gave up and removed it. I see goodness in older bicycles.
I just always used a section of the old brake cable for the bridge cable whenever re-wiring the brakes 😅
