When Rumi says he has undergone through various transformations, he does not mean he has gone literally rather metaphorically. The flesh and body is decomposed after death, something is imparted to dust which in turn is taken by some plants. The plant in turn may be eaten by some animal which may become part of human body in some form. Thus material is returned to humans, and that is Someone like Rumi. The issue is that Rumi has distorted religion. How can he? Try to look beneath and beyond the literal sense.
Dear Taimoor I always admire your lectures but I think you are bit carried away in your narrative about the impact of Rumi on other muslim sufis. Ali Hijwari belonged to 11th century AD and Baba Farid to 12th century. Nizamudin Aulia was born in 1238 AD and Amir Khusro in 1253 AD. Rumi was born in 1207 far away from India. Hence these personalities could not be influenced by Rumi.

is rebirth possible in islam. As I heard human born one time with physical body and he will wake up at judgement day. But here Rumi is telling he born as mineral to Man. It is hinduism philosophy. Please some one clarify. Thanks in advance
Yes it's Hinduism and all the Sufis have spread Non Muslims Beliefs and mix them well into Islamic beliefs but Islam will never change they can't do anything to our Islam
He made a little mistake in understanding, in one of Rumi's poem in which he is just correlating the things with human and all the creatures that you will see Allah and how his nature beautifully lines everything. Rumi was strong believer of "wahdat",so never be confuse in this. Sufism is about the knowledge of love with you creator ,that knowledge which will gain in every search of creator. You will be guided indeed and you will feel the guidance if one really wants to be closer.
Our mass is nothing but energy and after the death and decomposition the same energy transform its properties some converts to dust which later on comsume by plant to grow and fruitful, the fruit then eaten by the animal/ bird and finally that animal might be the your meal, so its the same energy which is transforming its property with respect to time.
As we all know that "Energy can never be created nor destroyed, it converts from one form to another" and its only Allah who created and controls everything, he is Al-Qadir (The Able).
What about dhikr worship to Allah which takes you closer to Allah?
Dhikr in Sufism is totally different thing it's a new invention in Islam a Biddah

The man in the video has clearly been heavily influenced by Western Orientalist distortions of history. Heraclitus when he says "Panta Rhei" is talking about something completely different than Rumi. Heraclitus is referring to a common known fact that existed before him that everybody is an individual, whereas Rumi (rah) understands that Allah is living (see Ayat al Kursi) and is the source of life, and that Allah is dynamic and that Allah's dynamic beauty, glory, and attributes are manifest through this universe. Totally different thoughts. Typical inferiority-complex approach, utilizing Western Orientalist propaganda.
Can you suggest me any authors whose writing I can read to increase my understanding on Pre colonial Islamic World. Dr Taimur Rahman is good but sometimes it seems that he is influenced a bit by the western world.

Rumi ne sequency rakhi thi. Pooday se jaanwar aur jaanwar se phr insan. Insan final stage he dobara reverse nae hota. Apne sequence ka khayal nae rakha aur galat bataya hae.
