  • How screen printing works and what you need to get started is a screen printing tutorial. You will learn step by step on how to print a t-shirt.     I used to make designs by hand using rubylith until it was almost impossible to get. And I also used India ink over transparencies to make my own designs before having a computer.

    (1) after flooding the ink how many times should I push the ink over the t-shirt? and
    (2) can I cure the ink in a heat press machine?

    Great vid. I don't have a conveyor, but I have a heat press, what is the ideal temp/time to cure plastisol? or that all depends on ink brands?

    Wish I had the space to do screen printing. I do sublimation mostly for light colored shirts, and order transfers for dark shirts.

      That's how I started. A little heat press with a laser printer. You will start growing.

    I realy love screen printin am yuh always made it looks luvly and easy..bt Why does most of the time i print it happens that ink leakage underneath the screen and affect my design on tshirt? Is there an advice? Cz i locked up my 4 stations for about6 months now cz am afraid to ruin customers shirts yuh know
