@@pierroch1021 La règle est simple l'application de celle-ci ne l'est pas. Et je t'invite à agrandir ton champs de recherche sur "l'accoutrement", car à de nombreuses reprises (si ce n'est toujours) il a été éminemment politique. Et pour précision le hijab n'est interdit qu'à l'école/collège/lycée (donc jusqu'à 18ans) et quand on connait sa signification relieuse personne ne devrait se plaindre de le voir interdit chez les mineurs (uniquement à l'école je me répète).

It's funny how you are always respectful to countries cultures and everything in your video and then in this one you assume that french laws are discriminatory specificly towards muslim women!
And thats very not true because if you knew better about our history you would know that France fought during the last 2 century against Christian religion to kinda eradicate it so the laws are just the same for muslims and for christians. Christians in France are just used to the anticlerical policies since a while when it is pretty new for the muslims

I would say that not being able to wear a crucifix to school is vastly different from not being able to wear a hijab to school.
@@ASMRGeographica Also, I was always able to wear à crucifix to school, litteraly no one batted an eye (I'm not a christian now btw, never really was). My muslim friends, however...
I think being a muslim is, in the eyes of some people, being a potential threat. A feeling that can only be quieted down through repeated, oppressive "pledges of allegiance".
They try to explain these laws and attitudes with reason, by saying "this is better for women" or "this is what laicity is" but this
a): not true, let women wear what they want.
b): not what laicity is.
It sounds an awful lot like post-rationalising a feeling (at best) and fear mongering for votes at worst.
At least women can go to school in France (without risking their lives) and when they are 18 yo and adult, they can go to university and are free to wear their hijab in peace. If you call discriminatory to not let children wear hijab then we just can't understand each other because of our cultural differences.
@@jdepen4524 literally discrimination is treating others differently because of who they are. If they were forcing nuns to remove their habits at places like a beach, I would also say that is discrimination. Just because something is a law doesn't mean it's fair.
