Why don't you get the bike ported and polished inside the head? To make it faster and have more compressiand Inside the head and get a bigger carb.
Like a 34 m instead of a 26 m carb and get a radiator for it because the pitbike might over heat I did it to one of my pit bikes before And it Bitton a kx 85 cc 2 stroke.

I race in a stock engine class
We can only have 15hp, so it is down to the rider, not the person with the fastest bike.

118 is spot on if you're running a Nibbi. Don't copy the Mikuni settings unless running a Mikuni VM26

ok thanks that is a help, we're only running standard head gaskets at the moment with Nibbi 26 carbs and scorpion exhausts. Both bikes are good and grunty low down but seem a bit lacking in top end.
