RIP Jim Lewis. You and Ron Barge touched a lot of you children in Calgary and Southern Alberta.
This show was how Calgary was back in the day . Just great people and great fun.
I still remember the day our kindergarten class went to the show! Must of been 79'.. lol.. That show was the shit as kids. A happy memory :)
Classic childhood memories! Thanks for this video. :)
Buckshot was one of my favourite shows growing up. Thank you for sharing this awesome video
I use to watch that show when I was a kid.
Este es el Sensational! Chavo del Ocho!
Benny the Bear Rocks!
it was originally called The Big Buckshot Show
Caught about a year of Soupy Sales shows prior to buck getting the noon slot on 4
I remember when there was only Benny the Bear on Buckshot and the early fans of the show were asked to send in suggestions of who should be Benny’s sidekick ... having “Benny & Clyde” became the winner! Not sure how an owl was selected as “Clyde”
At 2:23 I think that me in the black and white pic…bottom right in front of Buck Shot himself. Not 100% sure but I think so. Does anyone know where one can look at or get archive info/pics? Great show to grow up with.
