Size and location are my main take aways here.
The architecture and interior design seem pretty average or generic for large homes in the GTA.
I’d take it as a gift though.

Common rich person move. Installing a flat screen WAY too high over a fireplace. I'm getting a sore neck just looking at that viewing angle. I might keep the white walls in the kitchen, but everywhere else it has got to go!

Lots of people put a tv up high over the fireplace. It’s usually done in a big room so that everyone can have a good view.

The exterior of this house, as in the juxtaposition of roof lines, is a visual disaster! Some attractive aspects inside but desperately lacking some zaps of colour! I’d rather purchase a castle in Scotland for the kind of money they’d be asking for this ostentatious house!

The property/location impresses me; the house does not.
Yes it's huge and has luxurious features however, so much wasted space and very cold, sterile environment. Looks like a bunch of the Cozy Sofa's are used with the dull beige, gray and usual blue accents. Too typical and nothing unique. Now if the decorater did the place in French Antique with beautiful art and cut out half the house, you may have something really interesting.
