The filmmakers had to cut their kiss! Is this scene where they first kissed IRL?...its been said that Alain didn't want to stop! The film crew noticed. It was so talked about. Cinema history, folks. They went to be together, engaged for 5 years. It's a romance full of passion, suspense and intrigue until her tragic death in 1982. He loved her more than any, never got over her death.

Cristine hasn't happy ending and even the love between the two protagonist in the reality but the were a wonderful couple in reality and even on the screen after this film after they broke un 10 years later in 1968 they will be the protagonist of " The swimming pool " so fantastic sensual chemistry between them in love/erotic scenes.... 😍
