    I have a 52 volt battery 20ah to a 48volt controller and 1000 watt back wheel and i hit 33mph on standard cheap controller

      @@Visvangmeneer im not sure , think its limited to 40 amp im now running a sinewave 40amp and its doubled the power does 38mph but no sound from the motor dont get as hot anymore either

    i hit 60mph overclocking the motor, did about 4000 miles on it and still going strong

      @@illegalcumtrader56 had to create my own programable controller which only allows to let power flow through from the battery straight to the motor without any restrictions, Im running x2 52v batteries in series.

    hey i gotta make a suggestion. im planning on doing ev conversion on my bike . but right now i just changed my tires out and my guy suggested road tires for a 26 inch mtb. it will go a hella lot faster. i hit 30mph just pedaling alone.

    Before you make an e bike well not actually becuase it will do all the force but for more comfort yo should know what size of frame you need

    If that's a 48 volt 15,000 watt kit in my bag 1500 watt kit with 21 speeds you should be able to hit 35 easy

      Thanks for watching and subscribe! It depends on the electric speed controller i think, if its unlimited then im sure it could. But on a bicycle those are extreme speeds either way

    has to be limited by controller or something. my 750watt 36v can pull 22mph easy non stop. im upgrading to 48v and i expect atleast 30mph.

      @@dragosandrei5214 189cm 103kg. 250w motor , just programed to get out peak up to 600w. 27mph was top speed with my assistant. Other wise the kit was help to do 22-23 mph

    I know this motor is limited.
    Because my 500w can go 21mi/35km first gear 27mi / 45km second gear and 31mi / 50km third gear and i am 298lb, there is no way a 1000w motor is this slow downhill. But then again, e-bike speed isn't limited in my country.🤔

      38 mph I've had with the amps turned up to 26 as rated I. Controller as is comes set to 10 but cable of going up to 50 amps in p settings but then again keep at 26 to be safe hope this helps gus 37mph and want more ahaha

    I just built mine and went out for a ride I can't ride it to fast down my roads but it goes fast that's for sure the battery doesn't last very long 🤷

    Thats weird i do 20 mph on my 36v 500watt bike.. not an enormous difference in speed for double the motor power.. and 12 extra volts.. kind of a let down this 😅

    That bike djoud go much faster 1000wat 20mph no you need to go to controller and see if you have a loop wire of same colour disconnect it and try. Another way is open controller make sure there no current in it there should be two shunt bars nip together and solder along top then try that you will find a diffreance I would say over 30mph+

      @@celing_fanz9074 look at the controller there are two wires some are blue some are white when you connect the two together you restrict the motor to 250 watt out put disconnect them to give you the full 1000 watt and more output.

    You should be closer to 50kmh both of my 48v 1000w did 45 and 50 with a good wind without pedalling, get a colt metre on to that battery mate,
    Seems too slow for what ya got mate.

    The battery wasn't fully charged and it was freezing cold. Probably would have gotten up to 30mph otherwise.

    i am disapointed i have a 36 watt battery and a 500 watt motor and it will go 25 plus mph i weigh 220 lbs

      Thanks for watching and subscribe… these kits have an electric speed controller limiting them to 28mph (or so)… so while yours can match the speed it won’t accelerate or assist as well going up hills.

    You are running half speed. Disconnect the blue wires next to the controller and you'll hit 30 easy

      @@Drive315 hell yeah man looking forward to it .. have you ever heard of the geoorbital wheel.. Elon musk helped build it its pretty penny but .. its basically a wheel that you charge .. you take off your regular bike wheel and put this geo orbital wheel on in place of it .. I think front wheel .. and it turns any old bike into an electric bike
