comment any advice / questions you have about turning 30!!!!
Honestly I would want to know does things get easier when you turn 30. Sorry if that was a silly question love you
I’m only 20 but I feel behind already relationship wise. Some of my friends got engaged already, how do you deal with self worth when everyone around you is dating or getting married!😢❤
@@samanthaa994 I feel you sis but honestly you have to wait for your time. I know that doesn't really help. But if I can show any type of support or love I will. I know you don't know me, but that's how I feel about CZcams. Because there's so much negativity and meanness online. I never want to do that to anyone. Hope you had a wonderful day beautiful ❤️💞💕
Enjoy every day time flies! Don't take anything for granted.
🎙I am 18 and I am loving life I just quit my job because I do not like the hours ive had and the way I was being treated as an employee nothing abusive just felt less than while i worked there so I quit now i am having my own summer break and working out hanging out with friends eating good food and spending time with my family. Some things that scare me about turning 30 is being on my own like not being around my close family 24/7 and having to figure out issues on my own and some day having my own family and having a husband also learning how to parent and having to birth also traveling on my own / going out of town with out my close family. BTW ive been a fan since 2016 and i stayed until the end!! One question I do have is do u have any advice about finding ur self and finding where one belongs also advice on how to have a good relationship with a boyfriend not that ive been in a bad one so thats all i love ur vids !
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, dr.porassss. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
I wish they were readily available in my place.
Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.
He's constantly talking about killing someone.
He's violent. Anyone reading this
Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
Is he on instagram?
Yes he is dr.porassss
getting older is realizing 30 is YOUNG
Only old people who are 30 think 30 is young lol
Right?! It depends where you are in at life.
Anyone under 20 thinks “30 or older” is old. Anyone over 45 thinks “30’s and younger” is young.
@@JRoseE1989 And when you're 40 you'll be thinking 40 is not old, but to someone who is 20 it is old af as is 30.
well it is not young it is old and the last of your youth but when you are 30 u wanna act like 30 is young bcuz u r that age.
@@HaileyLove11lol you sound like you're afraid of aging.....kinda sillyyy
Someone got their color analysis done and is IN HER CORRECT 👏🏻 HUES AND COLORS👏🏻 ERA!!!!
Right!!! She is glowing!! 😍😍
Im 32. Advice for the young 20s out there, there is no behind in life. I have friends with 7 kids,... on their second marriages,.... Getting their doctorate. I agree that you just need to stay in your lane and do you ❤ life will work out. Your life doesn't end at 30 or even 40. Just be happy and do stuff that makes you happy🎉
Yes!! I’m 21 and some of my friends are panicking because they’re not in relationships/married etc and I keep telling them they have time. I feel so out of place and older because I’m married and have a baby.
I’m 38. If I could talk to my younger self, I would tell her to never settle. Don’t settle for a boyfriend, a job, whatever. If you’re not happy then find something or someone that makes you happy. I thought in my 20s I had to have everything figured out, I’m almost 40 and I still don’t! My life is amazing and my 30s have seriously been incredible (got a dog, saving for a house, got an amazing job) and it’s making me excited for my 40s. Aging isn’t scary! Live your life how you want to live it, you’re never trying you’re just on your own path.
Over 30 here....Best advice... don't freak out, as long as you're growing/learning...it's fine.
ayooo another main channel?? who is she?
Didn't expect that 🤗
I love this for me ❤I was so bored eating my chicken tostada bowl
I’m 33 btw but I love this era for u lol 😊❤
As a 33 year old, I wish I had taken better care of myself. Part of that is addressing my mental health earlier and being real with myself. In my 20s, I didn't realize how a lot of the things I was doing was contributing to my poor mental state. If I could go back, I would seek help earlier. I would listen to health advice more and take it more seriously. I would not make my career my whole life. I would do my best to get proper sleep, eat better, and exercise consistently. I would question things more and look for answers. I would also realize that everything happens on its own timeline. I would not envy people because you never know what they're really dealing with, or what they had to do to get what they have. I would save more money and budget better (rainy days will come).
Also 33 year old - I want to second all this! 🫶🏽
I'm straight up mid 30s. Be good with your money. Know where your money goes. Save and stick to a budget and make sure you work in treating yourself (responsibly). Being sure about your finances makes your 30s more manageable. It's one less thing to be scared about and one more thing to be secure about.
That’s a great advice
23 right here, last year I went through a friendship breakup with my oldest friend and it felt like nothing made sense anymore. But after a year I realize that we grew apart, we evolved into really different people and didn't make sense together anymore. Navigating your 20s is realizing that friends don't last forever and thats fine! Its part of life. Everyone is constantly evolving and figuring their own path, and its normal if the paths make you loose contact. You'll find new friends along the way, the friends you need in that exact moment. Its part of growing , its hard to get used to but thats life. And everything will be fine!
You had no idea how much I needed this. I am actually 27 this year but so scared about turning 30. But seeing you thriving and how you makes me somewhat okay with it
NEED more Alisha solo pod episodes!
I needed this right now. I’m 23 and I feel stuck because I just got out of a relationship with someone I planned my life with and it’s sucks but this is such a breathe of fresh air 😭❤️ I’m motivated now ily
Brilliant here is to you finding yourself era! 💜💫
Kudos to you for having the courage to do so ❤
I’m 23 as well and also just got out of a serious relationship. Virtual hugs 🫂 it will get better for us.
I think a cute name would be Alisha’s Advice or Brain Dump with Alisha. These episodes are so cute!
As a 27 year old I could watch 100 of these!! feeel free to do part 2,3,4,5,6,7 etc!! I think this is so much more relevant and needed than we all realise!
yes! I agree to this
I'm 21 and right now I'm diagnosed with a mental illness i never would've thought i had. I'm going with the flow. I have a job that I got let go from because I was out for 6 montns. And I got passing grades in school in the spring. I have never had a boyfriend in my life. And I hope I look back to this message and see that I've already built a strong foundation for older me to get through! Who knows.
I’m turning 33 this year- I realized once I have accepted who I am and not the version of who my family wants me to be; I felt so free and a great burden came off of my shoulders.
PLUS, ever since I turned 30, I’ve been having THE BEST life ❤
Baby girl. I'm getting ready to turn 59. 30 was AWESOME! To me... 60 is pretty young. Lol Seriously, my 30s were my prime! Seize the day! Youre old enough to do what you want, but young enough to have fun with it! I think the nugget of wisdom is... DON'T ANTICIPATE. Let your life happen. There are going to be good times and horrible times whether you worry or not. Im still trying to see what Im going to be when I grow up. Live fully, love greatly, and be kind to yourself. You are right where you are supposed to be right now. "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven."
I totally agree this is so true!
I’m almost 40. Wear sunscreen, find out why your sleep is crap. Don’t care what other people think. Say the weird thing, wear the fancy dress. Be direct and set boundaries with people. Go do hobbies, have you tried making pottery? Or painting?
🎤🎤🎤 girl!! I turned 30 in February and I heard you loud and clear when you said stop caring what people think! It truly does not matter and you come to realize the opinions of others does not make you happy, so do what feels good to you! Also…take your vitamins. WHY DID MY KNEES STOP WORKING 😂 ily! 🫶🏽
Love this informal setup, impromptu solo pod ❤
I've dreaded turning 30 all year, and tomorrow is the day. This helped calm my nerves some. You made SO MANY good points! Take me or leave me!!! Thank you, Alisha, I never comment on videos but I HAD to with this upload. ❤
Fellow 31 year old here and my first year in my 30s has truly been the best in my life! I enjoy life more because I fill it with all the things I love, not caring what anyone else is doing
The fact I’m going thru stuff with friends and you posting this, really really solidifies it. Thank you
I'm 31. I've lost 2 close loved ones. I've learned so much of the true meaning of living life. I have 3 kids and I wake up everyday feeling thankful, every day is a celebration. Life is too short to worry, spread love and kindness ❤️ do what makes you happy ❤
I love these videos, they’re so raw and vulnerable and REAL. I’m turning 21 this year and figuring out the real world and watching this to me feels so comforting, knowing that everyone at different stages of life is still figuring it out and that there are new revelations and realisations at every stage, i don’t need to have them all right now.
Also you speaking about your body and wanting to change it for yourself and no one else, GIRL YES!
I just did that, had major rhinoplasty surgery to fix a few medical and physical conditions relating to my nose and I didn’t take that call because people on the internet would comment for me to, i took it for me so that i would finally be happy about the decision. And that, making decisions about your body for yourself is the most beautiful thing you can do!❤
i love how much your editing style has evolved! so good!
very well spoken in this video and actually advice that i feel like will stick with me. we consume so many videos and tiktoks with tips, advice, rights and wrongs, dos and don’ts etc that sometimes my brain just can’t comprehend or take in any more or believe it. but this actually resonated 👏🏼❤
you posted this at the perfect time...i'm almost 22 and just graduated college. i'm so scared and stressed for my future. i don't know where i'm going and what i'm doing and everything seems so scary. i regret not getting out of my comfort zone more in college and i feel pressure to figure out my life right now :(
Oh my gosh, Alisha Marie We know you’re BEAUTIFUL!! & You’re shirt is absolutely 🔥!! You’re wearing my favorite shade of PURPLE (Lilac!!) 😍 If you can’t tell I’m Purple OBSESSED, especially the shades of Lilac, Orchid, & Lavender!! 😍💜💜
I have been watching you since I was a teen and recently made 30 almost a month ago and your video nearly brought me to tears because I feel so behind on kids, on knowing what I want to do with my life, etc. My 30th birthday was filled with so much family, friends, and love; all I wanted to do, and still do, was cry. Your video made me give myself some grace.
Wow alishaaaaaaa i really needed to hear this, thank you for reading my mind - much love
this made me feel so less anxious and only being 21 i see so much growth and advances i can do even if it’s something small !! luv u alisha
By turning 30, my advice is: Don't communicate details of your personal life to others.❤
As a 17yo why?
OMG YES!!! This is such a true thing, I so believe in the idea that there people out there who you think are your best friends or what the best for you but instead it’s the complete opposite. there is people out there who just want to see you fail and you telling them your personal life in your accomplishments and your goals. They’re just stare to give you bad luck and talk bad about you behind your back! - 21 year old
@@qet2pp as a 21-year-old I used to always tell my friends everything that was going on in my life from the most deepest darkest secrets to just normal things and unfortunately one of my closest friends used one of my secrets against me which ended up, causing us to have you really messy friendship break when we were freshly graduated from high school and I thought we would be friends for the rest of our lives and it turns out there’s just some people there that are only there for the convenience of a certain time. (i was popular and she wasn’t necessarily but i didn’t care about the popularity i just enjoyed making friends) And then they will drop you whenever they want. I didn’t even share my friends when I was dating someone until months later when I told them oh I’ve been dating this person because I just felt like the “evil eye” really exist out there :/
I love this type of video. I’ve seen you grow since the back to school videos and I’m so proud of you. ❤
I love Alisha! These solo life lesson sessions are the best. We all need a friend like her! She is also giving big sister vibes which nice too! Much love and support ❤
I love how I used to watch you nearly 10 years ago then stopped watching you and now I’m back watching you at 18, truly, the big sister I always needed
Honestly I need more videos like this one, it’s so helpful to see other women saying that it’s ok to not be a perfect instagram model !!
OMG I love you girl!!! I've watched you through your whole life, well on youtube anyways and other platforms. And I've seen the growth. I never knew you were two years younger, I always thought you were way younger than me. I am 33 and I'm still figuring my life out! But I got most things put together. I got rid of toxic people in my life, and make new connections, I had break ups that ended back and now I'm living life to the fullest being single. I'm working on music with my best friend that I met in September of 2023, we haven't known each other for that long but it feels like we have. What you said is true, it hit me to the core and time does heal a little bit but you have to put in the work. :D
Alisha I appreciate you. The wisdom I've got from you in the past few videos is so valuable to me. Also you're the CZcamsr I've watched for the longest and I LOVE that you're still doing it and just going through all your eras with us. Thank you! ❤
I’m 26 almost 27 I’m from about 30 minutes north of NYC so things like rent are unbelievable…I live at home still and work part time outside my degree I had gotten, very single. I can’t thank you enough Lida for how comforting this video was. I been freaking out over where I’m at etc etc and am such a reassurance needing girly so this was so much needed
loved thisss❤❤❤
I'm in my late 30s. Next month I will be 37. What I learned is being myself and living my fullest in my 30s still. I'm a full-time mom of 2 boys. Being the best version of myself. You are doing great Alisha.
I’m 31, married and have a son. Something I’ve learned is that 30 is still so young! It’s ok to not have your whole life together yet even though it feels like everyone around you does ❤everyone is going through their own struggles
love the podcast moment and great advice, Alisha! 🎤 💕
As a baby 30 (just turned 30 a few months ago), I can verify that your perspective on life literally changes over night. I’m one of the girls who never thought 30 was old and I actually looked forward to it. But when I turned 30, I suddenly realized that the next decade REALLY mattered and every choice I made felt extra major. And I had this freedom of truly exploring it the way I want to really kick in. You just start to care less what others think and choose yourself more. It has been awesome so far. Love it.
this video came at the exact time i needed!!!! you really do feel like an on sister Alisha!! also please please PLEASE so an ep on body dysmorphia!!!
Thank you, Alisha, for all you have done. You are writing your own book of life. You will achieve and see the small steps into big results.
yay! i’m excited to watch as always!👏🏽💗
Alisha gives the best advice and it’s always so real and relatable ❤
Love sit down chats, just turning 23 I feel like I’m starting to find things about myself that I love and areas that I’ve grown so much more confidence in.
Miracles, growth, change all that will happen if you let, if you let go of that control and give it to God you’ll see the plan he has for you.
🎤
I love this, I’m 20 in nursing school and I feel like I’m missing out. But lately I’ve started to just enjoy life day by day.
YESSS on the body dysmorphia video!!!
I literally love you!!! for being so real and putting out this video ❤❤❤
YESS I'm soo happy when u post!!
I enjoy these episodes so much! Thank you for your big sis advice! I’m 20 and I am looking for ways to make the most of the time
i’m 22 this year and i’m always scared of being judged and making mistakes, ty loshi for being the best older sis , ily have been following u for 8 years now, wouldn’t trade it for anything 💕🎤
Please keep doing these! I’m 28 and I don’t have anyone in my 30s to look up to so please continue to guide me! I love how honest and open you are about your mental health journeys, you are so inspirational I hope you know that! I’m going to try and put more effort into letting go of that control! I’ve been on my spiritual journey and learning so much from even just my birth chart so I reccommend looking into an astrologer as well it’s so eye opening or be like me and just research everything yourself it’s so fasnicating! Please do the body episode I struggle so hard with not loving myself because I don’t think my body fits the criteria of “beautiful bodies” in this society and it’s been the worst for my mental health.
babes i've been out of the loop with your vids/following your life these past 6 months but I'M SO SURPRISED YOUR 31!!!!! oh my gosh!!! but I'm so excited to turn 30 soon
I'M SORRY THIS VIDEO'S EDITING IS SO FREAKING GOOD 💜
i absolutely loveee these videos. these videos are like the older sister conversations i’ve never gotten to have 💗
Alisha! I’ve been watching for a LONG time. Last week, I turned 26. This video was perfect. Thank you so much! ❤
Cheers for the advice about lessons learnt tirning 30. I would say the most helpful have to be realising your own worth and having confidence in ability. Also, caring less about what others think and, of course the power of saying no. 💜💜
I love this format of video from youuu
i love these types of videos!!! turning 30 series was one of my fav things you’ve done on your channel and this is like a cross between that and the “if alisha had a solo pod” videos. also the vlog channel has been popping off and now this!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
normally a silent viewer but i really love this type of video! all good advice we need to be reminded of and also at a pace that scratches my brain just right… it gives me the quick pick me up i need when i dont have the time to read an hour of a self help book or listen to an hour podcast
Yessss please make a video about body dysmorphia ❤
Literally thankyou for this video so helpful and made me self reflect. I'm in my early 20s and I've been planning to make an episode about 20s for my podcast. Thanks for this again. I've always loved your content.
And yess, plz do talk about body dismorphia
These are my favourite videos from you. It’s just so motivating and I love real it is
This is exactly what I needed right now! Thank you Alisha 💖💖💖
as a first born daughter thats turning 20 this year, thank you alisha 🩷
OMG so happy you posted!
This video is so helpful and insightful!
As someone in their early 20s, I just could always use someone to tell me this, literally every day, actually sobbing hah, thank you for being that person for me the last 10+ years❤️
Thank you so much for posting this I’ve been watching you since I was 9 years old and now I turn 20 this year 🥹
Love this type of video❤
Going through a friendship break up right now, so this video is perfect!
🐐 Keep killing it, Alisha!
I turned 30 this year, and things i’ve learned from divorce and the past was believe in guts and hold onto someone genuinely nice to us and let go of ppl bad for us. ❤
ALISHA, i’m 22 - watching you since 12 and you could talk for 40 mins abt life like this and i know it’d be quality 👑🪽content !! more of 🎙️ absolutelyyy pls
My absolute fav videos are the pod ones , truly like the older sister I never had 💕💕
Loved this video as someone about to turn 22. But I think the biggest thing I got from it is you’re always going to be you no matter what age you are - it’s just a number. I feel like we all assume when we become an adult one day everything will be figured out and we will feel old but honestly we will always just be us so just embrace yourself and life now!
But on another note - you should talk about what skincare things you wish you started sooner (like when to start anti aging stuff or whatever) 🎤🎤💞💞
yo this feels like a podcast but the edit is so forking good!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I love your channel!! you are amazing🩷🩷
Yesss I love the main channel!!
love you losh !¡
Thank you for this video!!! ❤
I have been watching you for so many years now and I just have to tell you how your channel has always been such a comfort, Alisha. By uploading these kinds of videos you are helping me and so many other women!!! Love you!! (🎤)
Turning 33 in September! I love this video and can attest to everything you said! Something clicked when I turned 30:
a simple life is what I crave, no one actually cares what you wear or how you wear it, you know yourself better, more confident (not to say some of your insecurities don’t go away, but they become not as important to focus on), and much more.
The tides turn when you turn 30 and it’s magical as cliche as that sounds!
These one on one “pod” talks are great, do more!
🎤🫶🏼 thank you for the advice! and excited for your 30s era 😇🌸🪻🌷
I ve watched your videos for so long, maybe since 2017..you are an inspiration❤️❤️❤️❤️
I needed to watch this I’m 25 years old and I’ve felt like I’ve been left behind in life because everyone around me is dating, getting married having kids, getting cars, high paying jobs, have their college degrees, dream life and succeeding and I’ve been jobless trying to find a job everyday, I’m still in college and have a lot more college to go through to get to my dream job, I’m single and never had a boyfriend, I don’t have my own car, and I’ve looked at myself and said why am I not successful yet? Why is my dream life/future not here now? And where is my turn when my dream life comes to me? But I’m slowly learning how to let go and let life be and working on myself more.
Please make more of these videos Alisha these are so inspiring and helpful make this a series on your channel 🩷
Great video Alisha
thank you for sharing all this advice, lish!!! i would love an episode on body dysmorphia!!!
I turn 30 in a little over a week and I am so excited to turn 30. The new chapter feels so bright and good.
Love your solo pods 🎙😉
wow so early!! much love alisha
Happy 30th Birthday… Sending love && virtual hugs your way!! 🥳🥰🤗🫶🏻
