I lost my dad last year. I'm adult but I still miss him terribly. I watch Bluey and it brings back all the warmth I feel towards him. He wasn't perfect. He was the quintessential Japanese dad, but we still had a lot of love in our dynamic. Bandit's love for his kids reminds me of how my dad was with us.
I’m sorry for your loss. I know what you’re going through because I lost my Grandpa last year. My grandpa on my dad side passed away before I was born so he was my only Grandpa I knew. I do really miss him. I know where you’re going to. I just want to let you know we’re here for you.

The jumping game they played in the car is the game I played as a kid when we were driving on a road trip. Every time I watch this episode it brings back memories of family road trips.

You'd think after we'd all grown up we'd have fixed that but... ... well yeah it's just fun to tease her about it every now and then. 😅
Australia is full of Big Things. No Giant Peanuts (that I know of), but we have bananas, prawns, bullocks, merino sheep, pineapples, potatos and so on. Also, all of the background locations you see while Bingo and Bluey are twirling are actual places in Brisbaine.
There actually is a big peanut in Kingaroy, QLD
I've heard the spiders down there are huge.
@@ZukoHalliwell They can be, depending on the type. We get decent sized huntsmans, and we're home to the largest species of jumping spider in the world. However, for the world's biggest spiders, you're looking at South America, South East Asia and Africa.

“Sometimes bad stuff makes for good memories” me and my parents had this massive organized three day hike where our group got kind of screwed. One of the big things that happened there was me very nearly getting run over by a several hundred pound handcart. "Ice Cream" is one of my favorite episodes, but my one problem with it is that Bandit orders chocolate ice cream. They could have picked any other flavor and they went with the one that dogs can't have?
I experienced kind of a bush wee when I was a child. I was going for a walk with my mom and some other kids in the Philippines and we came across a playground with seesaws. Suddenly, I really had to go and there wasn’t a restroom nearby or bushes. So I had to go down some sort of concrete crevice and squat. Now that I think about it, I feel really bad for anyone who found the puddle the next morning, but when you gotta wee, you gotta wee.
Australians in my experience are pretty indifferent to the British royalty, unless they're doing something immoral or visiting or somehow directly affecting our lives. Every now and again people raise whether we should leave the Commonwealth and become an independant nation, but in order to achieve that we'd have to get a double majority in a referrendum (a majority of voting Australians and a majority of states both voting to leave the Commonwealth), and those are very hard to achieve.
