Don't buy Amazfit product he is right they response very late.... The after sales service is not good either, for a screen replacement of T Rex they are asking for 80 percent of the total watch cost.... Dnt buy Amazfit

I faced the same issue with Amazfit bip. My battery died in a year and they want 2500 Rs to replace it by courier.

one of my main concern was the warranty and service center of Amaizfit, which i got a clear idea from your video.
Donot buy amzfit any product after sell service only avilable gaziybad, n service is worst.

My watch Amazfit Stratos A1619 gone bad this Sunday within 2 years of purchase only. And, I am also facing problems to contact and found your video. Is it worth to send to the customer care center as I am from Gandhinagar, gujarat?
You have to contact on toll-free number or on website or by mail. Service center is headache for foreign brands.

Yes you can buy. I have not much issue with their products quality. Every brands product got some issue whether its apple or any brand. Issue was with overall experience of bad after sale service. Now they have bit improved, you don't have send by your self. Now they started picking the product from customer in case of issue and will send back to you after fixing.

Sir mera amazfit bip u nahi chal raha hai.. Mene call karke pick up ke liye kaha hai.. Problem yah hai ke mere pass uska box nahi hai.. Booklet hai charger bhi hai bas box nahi hai.. To koi dikkat to nahi ho gi na.. Vese thank you for video.. But usko number ab change ho gaya hai.. What's app vala..

How many days it requires for service the watch
In my case it was around a month to get back the watch from service center.
Same policy is for senhiesser, skull candy, fossil or any big mncs..you should have read there support and service agreement before buying...

This information is very true, i am also facing the same problem, almost a week after submission of my watch in service center no body is responding on my emails and whats app messages. Presently i don't have any update about my watch from them.

India me smartwatch hai hi limited if you consider good brands. Then only option is Apple watch but everyone can't afford it. Rest other like Honor, Huawei, Noise etc sab ek hi category me aate hai so don't expect good service from these.
