Trust dr Nina when she says if you dint wear them they don’t work. I got Invisalign THREE YEARS AGO and I’m still not done. I hate hate hate wearing them, that’s why it’s taken so long. ♥️

I don’t appreciate that dentist talking about braces like they don’t exist anymore. This just had a weird off-putting vibe. Blair is super lucky to have Invisalign so young but that’s not reality for a lot of people.
i dont think she was talking like braces dont exist, more like all of the advantages Invisalign has and the differences between braces and them. both are great just one is better then the other

It definitely can. However, it is a case by case basis. Consult with your orthodontist and upon looking at your teeth they will be able to let you know!

Unfortunately, I have Hyperdontia (three extra teeth at the lower jaw), one of them is out and two are still inside completely the gum
I needed a bracelet and my dentist told me that I have to remove them surgically.. Is it better to remove them surgically or I should wait for them to appear then remove them? I am sooooooooooooo scared of the surgery

So it’s been 2 months since I got my Invisalign, they hurt first 2 days every new tray, I clench them in my sleep or sometimes just wearing them, they tear. I have ripped at least 6 of my 10 trays. Would love any suggestions.

What’s the difference between a retainer and Invisalign? I wore braces for 2 years and a half and now I am wearing a retainer. But my teeth were really crooked, so I don’t think an Invisalign would’ve helped.. am I wrong?

Hi Tania! It should not hurt. You will feel the vibration of the drill. if you do have sensitive teeth, ask your doctor what they can do to help the discomfort!
