Can you tell me what the name of the new home builders in the Viera area are? I'm only finding "Viera Builders". Is that it?
Yes! Unless you are interested in a 55+ communities or custom luxury, Viera Builders is the only builder. Reach out to me and I can answer any questions about the new communities. Thank you and thanks so much for watching! There are a couple of complexes but I would recommend Parasol which is an apartment complex. The building is packed with amenities and they have a lifestyle coordinator so there are many activities and fun events. If you are looking for a house to rent in a 55+ community, I can help with that. There isn't rental communities for single family homes but some owners do put their houses for rent and you can enjoy the amenities the community has to offer.
