Hi sir, Nice Explanation. In Windows 11, after downloading and clicking on Run--I'm able to see a pop up "The Eclipse installer executable launcher was unable to locate its companion jar". Please help me how to proceed furtherly sir.

have you followed same steps which i have mentioned,
please remove all files related for eclipse from install director and downloads and try again.
you need to download the launcher which help you to download the exact eclipse app
