Compared to what we see on here, I give the first one a pass. They weren't at risk of damaging life or property and they weren't unreasonably holding traffic up. Everyone has their moments.

I got into a similar argument with a guy throwing his rubbish out the window. Called him what he was, a dickhead, and he immediately started fronting as if he was going to beat the shit out of me. I didn't front up myself but the fucker shrank when he realised I wasn't scared of him.

That said, while they are useless drivers, the other cars should have been giving way to them from 13:44 as they were now in the roundabout and you must give way to any vehicle already in the roundabout when entering, just coming from their right does not give anyone "right of way" (which doesnt actually exist in AU traffic law, only the requirement to "give way" does).
It does actually if you look it up ,if somebody is already on the roundabout and you are approaching and not yet on you must give way to the vehicle in front on r bout!
Roundabouts are controlled by give-way signs, which means you give way to those already in the roundabout which the silver car did not.

People normally get most of their driving lessons from their parents, so they just end up learning their parents bad habits and misunderstanding of road rules. And the actual rules tests are stupidly easy and don't cover nearly enough.
