Not bad for a built in mic! But that was also the case with the previous tiny 4k. Image wise, the tiny 2 is a huge improvement. I'm impressed. But I'm still very satisfied with the Tiny 4K I have, got it with a big discount
I'm trying to decide if I want this camera. My only concerns are 1. I have a PC tower that I use for streaming video games that uses USB ports. Would that cause any issues? 2. The mic on the camera. Would I be able to turn that off? 3. I hope for live streaming it wouldn't freeze my picture by any means. I do use logitech cameras and I'm really needing to upgrade.
Sounds like this will be a good upgrade. 1. I haven't had any USB issues 2. You can disable the mic 3. I didn't test any live streaming functions, but used it for some podcasts and it was stable
Is there aperture control? Like making the background more out of focus. I don't mean the blur that you showed, but how you can get background blurinesa from a dslr camera when you use it as a webcam?
Do you think the tiny 2 would be a good camera for streaming close up work like miniature painting and crafting like chainmaille or do you think there is a better option?
Will this camera track little diecast hot wheels for a racing channel? Also can you mount it upside down so the camera is hanging above the track or will it not do that? Also can you run two cameras at the same time to catch multiple camera angles?
Thanks for the video 2 questions: 1) I always assumed that USB does not handle 4K. What is the highest resolution that this camera cabn send to a laptop via USB connection? 2) can ut be controlled via PTZ with software like vMix? Thank you Does this camera
I haven't tried vMix, but you can control it via the app. As for USB transfer - 4K footage is usually around 100Mbps in this format, so there's more than enough bandwidth.
Hi there, my laptop doesnt have a C port, does this come with an adapter? also the software is that something you download prior to plugging the camera in or is there like a build in software download that the camera provides so you can mess with settings?
..."a whole lot of money..." is a relative term--and I prefer influencers not stating this. Every person has their own idea of what "expensive" is, according to their budget and priorities. Good gear is worth investing in!
It's not a relative term, you can compare it cost to average web-cams on the market and figure out whether it's expensive or not. Additionally, we know the average salaries of people and 200-300$ is a big sum of money for most folks out there. You can add your "successful and rich male" comment to your tinder profile instead of showing off here.
Exactly. If you really want it, then you’ll find a way to get it. Buy it used, make monthly payments, or simply wait a few months for the price to go down whether that be because of a new generation or a holiday sale. If you can afford to buy it brand new then that’s great also. @Metalblowing’s comment is ridiculous. You seem like an impulsive consumer who doesn’t respect the time/effort that goes into making quality products. How about providing a comparable and more affordable alternative (if you think there is one)than acting like a child talking about somebody’s Tinder profile.
Would this work sitting at the base of the monitor rather than on top or would the angle required be overly step and look distorted? I find it a really great cam but having it on top of my monitor would look weird

The Tiny 4K is still a great choice!
How much did you pay for it
I bought it! after watching few reviews and i don't regret that haha
Good choice!

I tried a few times but have no idea what you said between 7:55 - 8:03. Were you comparing it to another product where it falls short?
Yeah, I was comparing to insta360 Link, which is another good web camera.
Is there aperture control? Like making the background more out of focus. I don't mean the blur that you showed, but how you can get background blurinesa from a dslr camera when you use it as a webcam?
There is no aperture control - it is fixed at its maximum
5:14 Hey, The clarity testing is more distinct compared to other comparison videos.
You mean compared to other videos of mine, or other videos by other reviewers?
yeah I can say that, looks good
Great video thank you so much, good stuff. One question can you use it to record conferences ?
Sure. But I'd go for some more advanced microphones for such a purpose.
@@TechMishka so I can use sd cards or do I need to use pc to record it? Thanks
Can we control the blurriness of the background and also the focus of the background
Yes, you can
Do you think the tiny 2 would be a good camera for streaming close up work like miniature painting and crafting like chainmaille or do you think there is a better option?
It is a good fit, yes.
Thank you for the review Michael
I don't think the webcam is worth that price
I can imagine, yeah. Looks like there is serious competition. Saw a new Razor model that costs a lot more than that too.
How does it work with zoom?
Quite fine.
Will this camera track little diecast hot wheels for a racing channel? Also can you mount it upside down so the camera is hanging above the track or will it not do that? Also can you run two cameras at the same time to catch multiple camera angles?
I doubt it will track wheels. Better check some of the smartphone gimbals with AI tracking such as Insta360 flow

panning? zooming?

What microphone works best together with this? Is the microphone within the camera itself suitable to use for a video podcast?
I'd use a separate microphone.
@@TechMishka - thanks for your reply. Any mic you would recommend?
On your neck ? What kind of mics are you using. I do podcasting and would love to know what brand there are. They sound amazing.
A basic lapel microphone Ingot years ago. And a recorder - Zoom H1
Hi there, my laptop doesnt have a C port, does this come with an adapter? also the software is that something you download prior to plugging the camera in or is there like a build in software download that the camera provides so you can mess with settings?
You can download the software from Obsbot's official website. I don't remember seeing an adapter.
nice came, curious about the beauty mode for men, is it good?
Looks weird to me, but some folks like it a lot
..."a whole lot of money..." is a relative term--and I prefer influencers not stating this. Every person has their own idea of what "expensive" is, according to their budget and priorities. Good gear is worth investing in!
Agreed about the good gear and investments.

@@TechMishkais this better than INSTA360 LINK?

Maaaan shut up, it's not a relative term. You compare it to other webcam prices lol
Great video! Im wondering if it can do vertical video? For youtube shorts
Yeah, you can
Great review, I was planning to buy 4K tiny 1 because of the pricing tiny2. But review is making bee think twice😅
It is quite a step up
Would this work sitting at the base of the monitor rather than on top or would the angle required be overly step and look distorted? I find it a really great cam but having it on top of my monitor would look weird
Sure, you can keep it at the base.
Do you think this could work for live performance on a small stage set up?
Yes. I know an actress that uses the first generation for such purposes. Gen 2 is a lot better, of course.
It's 369€ in Germany.. waiting for it to be discounted hopefully soon. Perhaps next month, blackFriday. 🤞🏼
Fingers crossed!
Hi, I do a lot of streaming. What’s the port option on the camera? Do you know if it would connect to a Hollyland Wireless System?
Not sure about this. Better check with Onsbot's support. I know they have a special dongle for live streaming.
Is it really worth it? Or should i buy a 100$ one
If you need the gimbal part - yes, totally.
How far does it rotate horizontally, 360 degree (180 degree each side) or a bit less?
It is a bit less than that:
Controllable range:Pan: ±140°;Tilt: 30°~ -70°
Mechanical range:Pan: ±150°;Tilt: ±90°
Hi - I'm interested in buying this for a client. Does this camera compatible with pairing a wireless mic, for example pairing the Rode Wireless Go II?
You will have to connect it separately to the PC.
@@TechMishka Thank you. This camera also works with a Mac correct?
How would you compare it to the Insta 360?
This one is better
What are some of the advanced settings and fine-tuning options available through the PC software for the camera?
Oh, plenty of them! Resolution, contrast, exposure, sharpness. So many good things you can do there
Does the camera do live-streaming by itself or needs a computer?
It needs a computer.
I'm thinking buy or not!! I need the desk mode and hand tracking
This webcam is mind-blowing about its AI and image quality
what camera are you using to record this?
Sony ZV-E1
wires required?
Yeah, a type-c cable needed
@@TechMishka thank you
i hope someday they start to measure matrix size in millimeters and not in parts of fingers
Haha 😂
They claim you can mount it horizontally and it'll switch to portrait mode automatically. Can you verify this please?
Yup, this is correct
Does it have optical zoom?
No
Frames per second?
30
I want this camera!!!!
👍👍👍
Is it vfm for 270usd?
Vfm?
The BG blur looks like someone sneezed on your screen and wiped it all around. Never use that. It looks bad.
☺️
What webcam are you using yours is better.
I usually use this one.
Thanks
can it track ghost?😅
Haha, I hope that there are no ghosts after all
Just picked it up on sale for $199. Well it will be delivered tomorrow. Ha
Awesome deal! E joy using it
you didn't show desktop mode :/
Oh, sorry about that. It is more suitable for top down shots
code does not work
😞
WOTST WEBCAM I EVER BOUGHT. ITS WAY BETTER WEB CAMS
Because?
That’s horrible low light performance 😂 How many megapixels and what is the 4K frame rate?
do you mean 5:37 the legion 5 pro cam is horrible? as the Tiny 2 seems has really nice performance
Yeah, the Tiny 2 is well better than my stock webcam.
🤦🤦 Its not obs-bot... It's O.B.S Bot! As in the software OBS
Thats what I thought too, but after consulting with Obsbot's support looks like this is what they prefer.
@@TechMishka ah, well that's stupid (on their part) ... Why use OBS in your name at all if you're going to pronunciate it differently!
