This game introduced me to Dragon ball z. I had no idea who was who, the plot or anything but I just instantly fell in love with the game and later the series

It was actually quite a journey for me as my interest in playing this stems back to playing on my 360 (which i had during the late 2000's) like 10 years ago after randomly finding it in my stuff and my interest, intrigue and nostalgia hit just in time for Xenoverse 2's Switch launch which looked similar enough so I picked it up day one. I wasn't quite hooked just yet but years later in late 2020 when i didn't play XV2 much anymore i decided to play it again and pushed me over the edge with a stronger, newly-refreshed interest and desire to watch the show. Now im wearing a goku robe and my room is lined with figurines, blu-rays and other collectables that I've spent more on than I'd like to admit. I find it cool that i didn't pick this game out myself but i just found it in my stuff one day, and my older cousin was part of the DBZ craze of the 2000's-- which must mean this was his copy that just ended up with me. Talk about passing something on to a new generation!
I'll continue to shed tears, but we will keep fighting throughout the hardships of life. For you Akira Toriyama. We love you. Rest well. We'll see you with open arms on the other side.
